For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Location: Hybrid at Bellevue, WA About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Channel Manager to develop and manage our In-Region (IR) retail channels for eufy's upcoming product line(s). This role is responsible for setting the overall IR channel strategy, leading sales execution, optimizing partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong brand presence and operational excellence across the IR retail network. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive IR channel strategy to meet sales and market share objectives. - Lead and manage IR channel sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key IR retail partners and distributors. - Plan and oversee channel promotions, incentive programs, and marketing campaigns to drive sell-in and sell-through performance. - Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and channel performance metrics; recommend improvement initiatives. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with IR channel partners. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of channel programs. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IR retail landscape. - Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and strategic reports to senior management.
1. Manage scheduling related to global investor calls, investors conferences and sellside analyst calls. 2. Execute quarterly NDRs from logistic arrangement, consolidating investors’ requests, to collecting NDR feedback. 3. Coordinate and plan internally with IR officers and management PAs, and externally with investors and investment banks. 4. Organize all NDR logistics including, but not limited to, virtual meeting setup, hotels, ground transportation, air travel and catering. 5. Organize quarterly earnings call logistics and liaise with internal and external service providers. 6. Maintain investor contact and sell-side contact database and conduct shareholder analysis. 7. Responsible for general secretarial support to a small team.
Responsibilities and activities for this position include the following: • Serve as Apple’s in-region thermal expert by leveraging a thorough understanding of the system-level and module-level thermal design and validation requirements. Experience in passive device thermal design is preferred. • Collaborate with U.S.-based Senior Thermal Engineers on technology evaluation, design investigation and process development for new products. • Guide and execute thermal testing at OEM and suppliers factories; Complete data reduction/analysis and prepare test reports. • Establish and manage relationships with thermal suppliers to identify emerging technologies and collaborate with them on the development of new technologies to meet Apple’s product roadmap needs. • Take the leading role in suggesting or adopting ideas for improving productivity and quality of thermal components. • Provide in-region expertise for root cause and corrective action of system thermal failures and defective thermal parts/materials. • Train engineers at OEM and vendor factories to produce high quality products using well-defined specifications, advanced production processes and update-to-date validation tools and codes.
As a member of the DFP (Design For Power) team you will be responsible for developing and defining low power implementation and EMIR signoff methodology of world class chips under most advanced tech node. Your responsibilities may include, but not be limited to: · Developing physical design flow which including the construction of power delivery network, building of multi-voltage and power gating design, power aware optimization etc. · Defining EMIR signoff methodology at block & chip level, including signoff corner, analysis condition, signoff target and criteria etc. Conducting hotspot/grid weakness study and providing improvement plan · Engaging closely with front-end power team on power estimation and fullchip power budgeting · Working closely with package/PISI team for system level IR convergence for all analog/digital domains and be the 'go-to' person for cross team deliverables · Driving low power design and verification closure by engaging with design/synthesis teams on optimizing chip power structure and power intent to manage physical design risks · Working with EDA vendors to resolve tool issues and drive improvements in design convergence and signoff · Leading full chip EMIR sign-off, monitor EMIR status and manage risks at each milestone to meet tapeout schedule · Driving silicon correlation with a continuous plan to optimize timing/EMIR signoff margin · Empowering physical design engineers to create industry leading chips by providing guidelines on PPA improvement plan from DFP perspective
