1. 负责与港股市场的投资者、分析师、基金经理等建立并维护长期良好的沟通合作关系,定期组织投资者交流活动,如线上会议、线下路演等,准确传达公司战略、业务进展和财务状况,提升公司在资本市场的形象与认可度。 2. 协助筹备公司的业绩发布会、股东大会、董事会等重要会议,准备会议所需的投资者关系材料,包括但不限于业绩报告、财务分析、业务发展规划等,确保信息披露的准确性、及时性和完整性。 3. 密切监控港股资本市场动态、行业趋势、竞争对手情况以及政策法规变化,定期进行深入分析并撰写报告。 4. 协同公司内部各部门,如财务、法务、业务部门等,收集、整理和审核公司的财务报告、公告、招股书等信息披露文件,保证内容符合港股上市规则和监管要求。 5. 参与公司的资本市场融资活动,如股权融资、债券发行等,协助制定融资方案,对接潜在投资者,推动融资项目顺利进行。
1. IR Performance & Acquisition Management • Drive IRs to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets, with a focus on converting leads from roadshows, seminars, and other marketing events. • Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact roadshows and educational seminars that generate qualified prospects for IRs. • Monitor individual and team acquisition metrics; implement real-time interventions to address performance gaps. 2. Training & Competency Development • Ensure 100% completion of mandatory training targets for all IRs, covering product knowledge, compliance, sales effectiveness, and platform usage. • Design and deliver advanced upskilling modules to improve closing rates, client retention, and cross-selling. • Assess IR competency levels and create personalized development plans to boost productivity. 3. Operational Excellence & Productivity Optimization • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IR activity, conversion rates, and revenue contribution. • Identify bottlenecks in the IR workflow and implement process improvements to maximize productive time. • Use data-driven insights to recommend incentive structures, sales tools, and resource allocation. 4. Stakeholder & Agency Alignment • Work closely with the Head of Agency to align IR activities with broader business strategies and revenue goals. • Partner with marketing, compliance, and product teams to ensure IRs have the right collateral, messaging, and regulatory guidance. • Prepare regular performance dashboards and business reviews for senior management.

For more information, please visit: https://us.anker.com/ Location: Hybrid at Bellevue, WA About the Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Channel Manager to develop and manage our In-Region (IR) retail channels for eufy's upcoming product line(s). This role is responsible for setting the overall IR channel strategy, leading sales execution, optimizing partner relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong brand presence and operational excellence across the IR retail network. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute a comprehensive IR channel strategy to meet sales and market share objectives. - Lead and manage IR channel sales teams, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key IR retail partners and distributors. - Plan and oversee channel promotions, incentive programs, and marketing campaigns to drive sell-in and sell-through performance. - Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and channel performance metrics; recommend improvement initiatives. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with IR channel partners. - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of channel programs. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IR retail landscape. - Prepare and deliver regular business reviews and strategic reports to senior management.
1. Manage scheduling related to global investor calls, investors conferences and sellside analyst calls. 2. Execute quarterly NDRs from logistic arrangement, consolidating investors’ requests, to collecting NDR feedback. 3. Coordinate and plan internally with IR officers and management PAs, and externally with investors and investment banks. 4. Organize all NDR logistics including, but not limited to, virtual meeting setup, hotels, ground transportation, air travel and catering. 5. Organize quarterly earnings call logistics and liaise with internal and external service providers. 6. Maintain investor contact and sell-side contact database and conduct shareholder analysis. 7. Responsible for general secretarial support to a small team.
