Completion of a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years' experience in visa and immigration processing. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of visa regulations and rules; have a comprehensive grasp of the visa application process and documentation requirements. Language Proficiency: Achieve a CET-4 level or equivalent in English, with proficiency in a secondary language being advantageous. Pay attention to details, have a keen control ability over processes and key points, and be good at communication; Possess compliance and risk management capabilities; strong sense of goal and planning, as well as excellent organizational and coordination skills and stress resistance.

Strategic Immigration Management & Compliance Lead the end-to-end visa application, renewal, and cancellation processes, ensuring compliance with local and international immigration laws. Continuously review and improve immigration policies, processes, and frameworks to enhance efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. Establish and maintain a real-time immigration dashboard to monitor visa processing status, track key trends, and identify potential risks. Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory updates, staying ahead of evolving visa trends, government regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure the company is always prepared for legal changes. Develop and implement risk management strategies for immigration operations, identifying potential red flags and mitigating compliance risks proactively. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with visa service providers, government agencies, and embassies, ensuring high service standards and compliance with agreed SLAs. Take the lead in vendor negotiations and contract management, optimizing costs while enhancing service efficiency and effectiveness. Partner closely with internal business leaders, HR teams, and mobility managers to align immigration strategies with workforce planning and business needs. Advisory & Employee Support Act as a trusted advisor for immigration-related queries, providing guidance to employees, hiring managers, and HR partners on work permit applications, legal requirements, and compliance. Design and conduct training sessions and internal workshops on immigration policies, procedures, and best practices to educate internal stakeholders. Lead the resolution of complex visa cases and escalations, working closely with legal teams, external consultants, and government agencies as necessary. Process Optimization & Digital Transformation Spearhead automation and digitalization of immigration processes, enhancing tracking, reporting, and overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with HR, legal, and mobility teams to design and implement technology-driven solutions for seamless visa application and tracking. Continuously review process bottlenecks and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance service delivery and compliance management. Work Location: China-Shenzhen
This role focuses on managing end-to-end relocation arrangements for employees and assignees, ensuring a seamless transition during international or domestic moves. The specialist will coordinate visa & immigration, temporary accommodation, long-term housing searches, move-ins, and provide lifecycle support to assignees. Additionally, this position involves managing downstream processes such as payroll and tax reporting, collaborating with various stakeholders and vendors, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency.
• Overseeing and arranging high-quality, personalized relocation experiences for employees relocating from around the world from the candidate stage to arrival in Finland • Overseeing immigration processes with our external partners, keeping records and renewals up to date • Assisting newly arrived employees with settling into life in Finland • Providing ongoing support to accompanying family members.
