Mission
This position is primarily responsible for risk assessment of employees' international business travel and maintenance of related data and systems. Through professional analysis and system management, it ensures the full compliance of employees' international travel processes and guarantees the smooth progress of travel activities.


You’ll make an impact by
• Risk Assessment: Based on travel application information submitted by employees (including destination, duration, itinerary, etc.), conduct comprehensive risk assessment from dimensions such as visa type matching, individual income tax payment compliance, social security connection standardization, and travel safety at the destination, identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure travel activities comply with relevant domestic and foreign regulations and company systems.
• Data and System Maintenance: Responsible for accurately uploading and real-time updating data such as travelers' personal information, travel details, and risk assessment results in the company's internal management system; regularly verify data integrity and accuracy to ensure the timeliness and availability of system information.
• Collaboration and Support: Maintain communication with visa team or check official websites, tax team, social security websites, and internal/external business unit of the company; assist in resolving emergencies caused by risk assessment issues during travel and provide professional advice.
• Support data maintenance on internal IT tool (IHRIS) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data and documentation.
• The specialist enables the Business Travel team to focus on their core tasks by acting as administrative assistant.
• Prepare, maintain, and provide information or documents as needed by other parties.
