Mission This position is primarily responsible for risk assessment of employees' international business travel and maintenance of related data and systems. Through professional analysis and system management, it ensures the full compliance of employees' international travel processes and guarantees the smooth progress of travel activities. You’ll make an impact by • Risk Assessment: Based on travel application information submitted by employees (including destination, duration, itinerary, etc.), conduct comprehensive risk assessment from dimensions such as visa type matching, individual income tax payment compliance, social security connection standardization, and travel safety at the destination, identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure travel activities comply with relevant domestic and foreign regulations and company systems. • Data and System Maintenance: Responsible for accurately uploading and real-time updating data such as travelers' personal information, travel details, and risk assessment results in the company's internal management system; regularly verify data integrity and accuracy to ensure the timeliness and availability of system information. • Collaboration and Support: Maintain communication with visa team or check official websites, tax team, social security websites, and internal/external business unit of the company; assist in resolving emergencies caused by risk assessment issues during travel and provide professional advice. • Support data maintenance on internal IT tool (IHRIS) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data and documentation. • The specialist enables the Business Travel team to focus on their core tasks by acting as administrative assistant. • Prepare, maintain, and provide information or documents as needed by other parties. • Provide immigration policy consultation to inbound and outbound business travelers; • Support on visa application and issuing invitation letter for inbound and outbound business travelers.

1. 员工全生命周期管理 · 受理并办理所负责国家员工的入职、转岗/调动、离职、合同签订及续签、福利及假期管理、员工档案维护、考勤工时运营等HR模块工作。 · 参与员工数据治理、员工体验提升及优化等关键项目,推动流程规范与管理提升。 2. 薪酬合规运营与发放 · 负责欧洲国家薪酬合规运营,如发薪数据计算/审核,社保医保、税务处理,及与当地相关供应商/机构的日常沟通与关系维护。 · 负责薪酬数据与文档的维护,提供基础运营支持,如解答薪资档案实时维护、员工薪资问询解答、薪资数据库运营等。 3. 员工福利与社保管理 · 负责商报社保医保、基数测算、月度对账及年度审计,自动监控并修正异常数据,防范漏缴/错缴风险。 · 统筹商业保险、补充医疗、年度体检等福利项目的日常运营与供应商管理,并处理相应账单支付与费用分摊。 4. 薪酬数据维护与员工支持 · 解答员工关于薪资、社保、考勤等方面的日常咨询,通过阿里钉、电话、工单系统等多渠道提供及时支持,提升员工满意度。 · 定期整理常见SSC & Payroll FAQ,优化服务流程与知识库,提升响应效率。 5. 数据与流程优化 · 识别HR流程与系统的改进空间,维护HR模块SOP文档,并输出优化建议。 · 参与Hi HR、薪酬提报线上化等HR系统项目的实施与持续优化,推动自动化与数字化转型,提高运营效率与数据合规性。

岗位职责: 1、负责得物海外HR Operation 团队的整体发展规划设计、实施和运营管理,从0到1搭建海外HR服务体系; 2、负责设计和整合得物海外SSC的核心业务流程,基于总部人力资源体系大框架,建立海外统一服务流程与操作规范,对流程定期调整优化,执行监管流程正常运行,提升内部用户体验; 3、根据海外不同区域不同国别的业务与用工市场特征,持续完善SSC服务政策、工作办法和相关制度体系; 4、负责持续挖掘海外人力资源业务端需求,持续完善e-HR平台服务内容和产品; 5、基于e-HR产生的业务信息数据,为业务、BP、COE等提供数据支持,提升HR整体数字化运营水平; 6、负责承接海外HR Operation相关第三方供应商管理,确保服务流程的执行与服务质量,以及服务的持续改善; 7、培养专业的、高效的、具备良好服务意识的海外HR Operation团队,提升整体团队的执行力与专业度。
