工作职责
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join the fast growing, Tencent Cloud International HK & Macau team. The qualified individual will support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales activities, including evaluation and qualification of customer requirement, and to provide technical advice and solutions to customers. He / She will liaise and collaborate with different Tencent Cloud technical and product teams (based in mainland China), to identify and secure domain expertise and resource, in formulating a Tencent Cloud solution to customers.

1. Manage scheduling related to global investor calls, investors conferences and sellside analyst calls. 2. Execute quarterly NDRs from logistic arrangement, consolidating investors’ requests, to collecting NDR feedback. 3. Coordinate and plan internally with IR officers and management PAs, and externally with investors and investment banks. 4. Organize all NDR logistics including, but not limited to, virtual meeting setup, hotels, ground transportation, air travel and catering. 5. Organize quarterly earnings call logistics and liaise with internal and external service providers. 6. Maintain investor contact and sell-side contact database and conduct shareholder analysis. 7. Responsible for general secretarial support to a small team.
1.Spearhead the global product capability development of the microservices platform, formulating a product roadmap aligned with AWS/Azure/GCP ecosystem integrations, and architecting multi-regional compliance adaptation frameworks. 2.Develop a global commercialization framework for microservices products, crafting differentiated, region-specific, and usage-tier-based pricing strategies tailored to diverse market demands. 3.Spearhead regionalized product adaptation initiatives by delivering localized documentation and multilingual UI iterations aligned with regional market requirements, while architecting region-specific best practices tailored to the unique characteristics of target demographics. 4.Design international compliance enhancement features incorporating data sovereignty segregation protocols, globally standardized audit log frameworks, and cross-certification interoperability mechanisms aligned with international security accreditation paradigms. 5.Supporting the product delivery for key global accounts, extracting benchmark cases from microservices products in cross-border scenarios focusing on consistency and cost optimization, driving product iteration and region replication.
