工作职责
1)Technical Consulting & Solution Design: Provide cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI)-based technical consulting to key industry clients (such as those in finance, telecommunications, and internet sectors) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Gain in-depth understanding of clients' business pain points and industry characteristics, identify and decompose requirements, deliver customized and technologically advanced AI solutions, and drive business opportunity conversion. 2)Architecture Design & Delivery: Plan and design technical architectures and basic business architectures that meet clients' complex business scenarios. Be responsible for writing technical requirement specifications and architecture design plans, lead and promote proof-of-concept (POC) and testing phases, efficiently solve technical problems, and ensure successful project delivery. 3) Requirement Insight & Feedback: Utilize professional capabilities to gain insights into industry technology development trends, deeply explore clients' potential needs, develop replicable industry solution approaches, and feed back cutting-edge requirements to the product team to drive the iterative evolution of cloud and AI products.
TCS(Tencent Cloud-native Suite) is a Cloud-Native Platform for Enterprise Cloud-Native Transformation supports on-premise bare metal or third-party IaaS deployments. Product Solutions Architect (PDSA) is a key pre-sales technical position in Tencent Cloud - TCS product team. Our PDSAs are experienced solution architects with professional knowledge and industry insight and are, ultimately, the pivotal role in supporting the global sales team by providing cloud-native solutions, striving to meet product sales targets, and leading key projects for customer onboarding. Job Responsibilities: ● Acting as a subject matter expert on Tencent Cloud - TCS products (container, microservice, message queue), providing training and enablement to the account and Solution Architect (SA) teams. ● Supporting regional events and marketing programs to promote Tencent TCS solutions to potential customers. ● Delivering optimized solutions and advocating best practices to customers by utilizing the full capabilities of Tencent TCS products. ● Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product offerings, improve market competitiveness and help build the product roadmap continually. ● Monitoring key industry trends and technological shifts, offering trusted advice to customers for optimizing their IT infrastructure and improving their user experience. ● Expanding the product ecosystem through collaboration with global channels, industrial partners and third-party Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Creating position papers, and aligning advocacy efforts with Tencent Cloud’s core business policies across multiple departments (business, security, legal, and government affairs). ● Reporting to the Head of the product architect team, this role requires a dynamic, curious, and technology-driven candidate who thrives in challenging environments and can navigate ambiguity with strategic insight.
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join the fast growing, Tencent Cloud International HK & Macau team. The qualified individual will support the Business Development Manager in pre-sales activities, including evaluation and qualification of customer requirement, and to provide technical advice and solutions to customers. He / She will liaise and collaborate with different Tencent Cloud technical and product teams (based in mainland China), to identify and secure domain expertise and resource, in formulating a Tencent Cloud solution to customers.
About the Role: Drive business growth by positioning Tencent Cloud as the strategic partner of choice for international clients in Financial Services and Public Sector organizations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Value Proposition: Demonstrate deep expertise in public cloud, AI, hybrid cloud, and AI computing solutions. Translate complex integrated solutions (software, hardware, network, security) into clear business value addressing customer needs. 2. C-Level Engagement & Positioning: Articulate Tencent Cloud's competitive advantages and differentiation versus competitors. Influence key client stakeholders (C-level executives, project leaders) through technical briefings, whitepapers, and strategy sessions to build long-term partnerships and secure executive sponsorship. 3. Opportunity Identification & Conversion: Collaborate with sales, product R&D, and ecosystem partners to match client requirements with Tencent Cloud capabilities. Design actionable solution strategies and partnership roadmaps. Develop replicable, standardized solutions to address specific business challenges. 4. Sales & Solution Enablement: Support sales teams in addressing routine client inquiries regarding products/solutions. Champion the voice of the customer internally to drive improvements in products, solutions, and processes based on user feedback and experience. 5. Project Delivery Support: Manage end-to-end project execution, including participation in RFP/bid processes, project management, risk mitigation, and resource coordination. Ensure successful solution delivery.
Technical Leadership: • Oversee the technical pre-sales lifecycle for complex deals, acting as the primary solution architect for client engagements. • Guide clients through cloud adoption strategies, designing innovative solutions that prioritize their operational and technical requirements. • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, support) to ensure seamless implementation and customer momentum. Strategic Collaboration & Advocacy: • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders to align cloud roadmaps with business goals and long-term growth initiatives. • Develop reusable best practices, frameworks, and assets based on customer feedback to accelerate enterprise-wide cloud adoption. Customer Success & Team Development: • Lead customer onboarding, launches, and events, partnering with support teams to ensure smooth transitions post-sale. • Mentor junior engineers through technical training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capabilities.
