Marketing position for Global Chain (individual contributor) • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote chain group hotel accommodation, including internal training and external communication • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support the commercial teams’ efforts • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve marketing objectives • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving marketing strategies to drive business growth
Location: Shanghai Key 1、Manage end-to-end projects to deliver the holistic solution required to meet business enablement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation 2、Have end-to-end ownership of new hotel chains acquisitions and existing hotel chains management, understand partners’ strategy and objectives, and help to grow the revenue 3、Initiate, develop, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned accounts (Global Chains), and orchestrate discussions with senior execs around their business needs 4、Take a customer-centric approach to everything you do. Position Overview:We are seeking a passionate candidate to promote Trip.Biz's collaboration with Global Chain Partners and meet our clients' growing accommodation needs through offering a variety of hotel brands and range of products. The goal is to develop and execute a winning hotel solutions strategy with all Global Hotel Chains to secure the best hotel partnerships for our clients. Thorough understanding of the TMC market and clients’ needs in the corporate travel segment will be essential. Project Management:Manage end-to-end projects to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet business enablement, operational excellence, and strategic transformation needs with hotel chain partners.Coordinate with Trip.Biz internal teams, including client success, product, service, and marketing teams, to meet account expectations and maximize performance.Enhance products and capture new business opportunities such as Loyalty and marketing avenues to promote and drive new revenue streams.Strong technical project management capability, especially API related project. Able to deliver comprehensive project management file to make sure related party could deliver with timeline requirement. Account Management:Responsible for full account management, including performance tracking, production optimization, conducting workshops, and resolving issues to achieve mutual performance objectives.Deliver Quarterly Business Review to Hotel Chains with data-driven strategy and information to guide future collaborations, quantify and prioritize opportunities to improve inventory and client offerings. Build Strategic Partnership/Relationship Management:Initiate, develop, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts (Global Chains) and facilitate discussions with senior executives regarding their business needs.Take end-to-end ownership of new hotel chain acquisitions and existing hotel chain management, understand partners' strategies and objectives, and contribute to account growth based on company strategy.

Training Development: · Analyze data skill gaps of the business analysts, product growth staff, and CRM operation staff in the Regional Marketing team based on company strategy and departmental needs. · Design and implement customized data training programs, including onboarding and professional skill enhancement. · Develop data training courses, streamline internal processes and products, and enhance team capabilities by incorporating industry characteristics and data operation scenarios. · Organize global online and offline data training events, track training effectiveness, and optimize for continuous improvement to ensure successful implementation of training outcomes. · Establish a departmental knowledge management system to facilitate experience accumulation and sharing. 2. Global Operations Data Knowledge Base Management: · Develop and implement the framework for the knowledge base on data operations. · Coordinate with internal and cross-team members to integrate and manage content projects. · Maintain and operate the knowledge base to ensure its relevance and accessibility. 3. Data Access Management: · Formulate guidelines for data access management for the Global Operations team. · Collaborate with various business units to manage data products and permissions. · Ensure compliance with data access protocols and facilitate smooth data operations. 4. This role focuses on expanding partnerships with global/local partners, managing business success, and fostering local & cross-border tourism via innovative payment tools. Business Development and Partner Management: ● Develop and execute BD Strategies to achieve business goals in Attractions, Day Tours and Experience. ● Manage the full sales cycle: Identify, pitch, negotiate, contract and onboard business partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements. 2. Product & Marketing Strategy: ● Lead the full lifecycle of attractions/day tours product development: from requirement gathering with suppliers, improvement of search capability, optimization of listings, and product structuring (ticket types, add-ons, pricing) on voyager. ● Design and implement strategies to enhance supplies aligned with market demands and Alipay+ technology. ● Identify opportunities for product optimization and marketing improvements. 3.
