1. Establish the financial and accounting system of a holding subsidiary and responsible for the overall financial management, including Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Treasury Management, Tax Management, etc. 2. Supporting business processes, including Settlement and Risk Management of Clients and Suppliers. 3. Internal Control & Compliance: Establish and implement the internal control system according to group policies, pay attention to the financial risks that may arise in the company's daily operations. 4. Complete other work assigned by the leader, as well as the cooperation work of other relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities Assortment Strategy Development Develop and execute data-driven assortment strategies aligned with market trends, customer preferences, and sales/financial objectives to optimize category performance. Data Analysis and Forecasting Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to predict future demand and refine product selection. Use insights to drive strategic decisions and improve sales performance. Inventory Management Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock, ensure product availability, and optimize open-to-buy (OTB) planning. Collaboration and Communication Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (merchandising, buying and finance) to ensure alignment and seamless communication.

By leveraging its innovation-led tech like AI and privacy-preserving computing to enable secure financing solutions, bettr enhances the accessibility and ease of financing, unlocking growth opportunities for MSMEs. Key Responsibilities: - Set up credit risk management framework (process and policy), build and maintain onboarding, assessment, ongoing monitoring and reporting of exposures for the entity. This also includes the usage of AI/ML and the incorporating of alternative data into such models. - Meet Thailand regulatory requirement proactively with risk-related procedures, processes and policies. - Collaborate across functions, including business, product, tech, legal and compliance, enable embedded financing, implement data-driven credit assessment in the various lending platforms / ecosystems that the entity will engage itself in. - Conduct both regular and ad-hoc portfolio analysis on post lending accounts to identify the associated credit risks, update policy, and improving decision engine timely. - Manage the model risks for all scorecards and models including validation and monitoring under Group Model Risk Framework. - Solicit and analyse market related information on the practice or trend of RETAIL and SME risk management, and make recommendations to Senior Management for procedural reviews. - Lead local credit risk team, and enable approver and collection experts to improve daily efficiency with data-driven insight.
The Assortment, Content & Ads Governance Team (ACAG team) is part of the Lazada’s Risk and Security, and it is charged with the mission of developing a comprehensive strategy for Lazada with regards to assortment, so as to foster a healthy and safe e-commerce environment for our users. The role is responsible for developing and implementing proactive strategies and operational processes to protect users from Assortment and Content related risks (Prohibited and Controlled Goods, IP infringement products, hate speech etc). You will have access to analytical tools to develop and implement strategies and solutions using data driven methodologies to mitigate the risks associated with platform assortment and content. Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce customer and seller journey, including registration and onboarding, product listing, order placement, payment, user interactions, returns and refunds, user reports and feedback, etc. - Develop subject matter expertise on eCommerce platform operation and governance, where rules, strategies, and enforcements are effectively established to ensure users are compliant with platform policies. - Lead cross-functional efforts to enhance platform policies and operational mechanisms, fostering a collaborative environment to support ongoing strategy refinement. - Work with large data sets to analyze patterns, trends, and modus operandi of platform operation and governance issues (as well as merchants who perpetrate these issues). - Make data-driven recommendations on prioritization of controls for platform governance and product compliance. - Collaborate with PD, Tech, and Algo counterparts to build machine learning models and rules to detect assortment and user related operation and governance issues on the platform. - Operate the risk engine, including the creation and continuous evaluation of rules to prevent and detect platform operation and governance issues. - Capture and communicate findings with internal and external stakeholders through dashboards, periodic reports, and presentations.
