• A minimum of 2 years working experience in e-commerce operation, marketing support, hotel reservation and coordination, revenue/yield management and etc
• Fluent in English. Minor language advance will be a plus
• Bachelor degree and the above is desirable
• Detail oriented and fast learning capability
• Able to work independent with minimal supervision
• Dynamic, positive and a good team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Relevant exposure in OTA environment will have an added advantage
工作职责
• Build and progressively expand the portfolio of local hotel partners by introducing prospective high potential partners to Trip.com proposition and facilitating the on-boarding process • Promote the Trip.com brand name and its online reservation services to hotels • Maintain best rate parity, availability and inventory of responsible hotels • Advise hotels on regular marketing campaigns and promotions • Responsible for the assigned market, and conduct the data research and analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.) • Other assigned tasks and projects etc.
1. Have end-to-end ownership of new hotelsuppliers acquisitions and existing suppliers management, understand partners’ strategy and objectives, refined API operations, and help to grow the revenue. 2. Monitor supplier service performance, and ensure that hotel suppliers achieve high service quality through the cooperation process and the arsenal provided by the platform; 3. Able to promptly identify supplier API direct connection anomalies/stuck points, and effectively mobilize resources from all parties in the customer management backend, settlement and other processes. Combined with platform data, formulate high-quality growth plans for core customers to achieve sustainable growth for customers; 4. Participate in relevant exhibitions, seminars and activities on behalf of the company to promote the Trip.com brand and products; leverage the inventory and price coverage of hotels in corresponding overseas regions through the responsible customers to provide more for outbound and overseas guests accommodation options; 5. Inspire, encourage and empower team members to build a high-performance team, and create and seize new opportunities in an ever-evolving environment.

Cross-industry Partnership Development: 1、Actively explore and establish cooperative relationships with local brands, supermarkets, chains, life service platforms and other companies to promote resource exchange and joint marketing; 2、Design and implement cross-brand cooperation projects (joint activities, rights exchange, member acquisition, etc.) to enhance brand influence and user conversion. Channel Management and Market Linkage: 3、Responsible for the planning and management of cross-industry cooperation channels, and promote collaboration with sales, operations and other departments; 4、Track cooperation results, output cooperation evaluation reports, and continuously optimize cooperation models. 5、Localized Market Research: Analyze user behavior, consumption preferences and channel ecology in Kuwait and surrounding markets, and propose cooperation strategies based on business goals; Grasp local culture and festival hotspots, and plan cross-industry marketing plans that meet market needs. 6、Brand Linkage and Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations on behalf of the company and lead the cooperation process, including agreement signing, resource docking, budget management, etc.; Establish and maintain important partnerships to enhance the company's influence and brand awareness in the local market.
1. Establish the financial and accounting system of a holding subsidiary and responsible for the overall financial management, including Accounting, Reporting, FP&A, Treasury Management, Tax Management, etc. 2. Supporting business processes, including Settlement and Risk Management of Clients and Suppliers. 3. Internal Control & Compliance: Establish and implement the internal control system according to group policies, pay attention to the financial risks that may arise in the company's daily operations. 4. Complete other work assigned by the leader, as well as the cooperation work of other relevant departments.
