任职要求


1、Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management and other related majors are preferred;
2、More than 3 years of relevant experience in market development, business cooperation, channel management, etc., those with Kuwait market experience or resources are preferred;
3、Familiar with brand cooperation models, with a strong understanding of user growth and event planning;
4、Strong communication skills, good business negotiation skills and cross-cultural cooperation awareness;
5、Responsible, able to independently promote project implementation in a foreign country, and adapt to a fast-paced and challenging work environment;
6、Fluent in English (Arabic skills are required).

工作职责


Cross-industry Partnership Development:
1、Actively explore and establish cooperative relationships with local brands, supermarkets, chains, life service platforms and other companies to promote resource exchange and joint marketing;
2、Design and implement cross-brand cooperation projects (joint activities, rights exchange, member acquisition, etc.) to enhance brand influence and user conversion.
Channel Management and Market Linkage:
3、Responsible for the planning and management of cross-industry cooperation channels, and promote collaboration with sales, operations and other departments;
4、Track cooperation results, output cooperation evaluation reports, and continuously optimize cooperation models.
5、Localized Market Research: Analyze user behavior, consumption preferences and channel ecology in Kuwait and surrounding markets, and propose cooperation strategies based on business goals;
Grasp local culture and festival hotspots, and plan cross-industry marketing plans that meet market needs.
6、Brand Linkage and Negotiation: Conduct business negotiations on behalf of the company and lead the cooperation process, including agreement signing, resource docking, budget management, etc.;
Establish and maintain important partnerships to enhance the company's influence and brand awareness in the local market.

Manage and optimize official social media accounts; regularly analyze performance data and adjust operational strategies accordingly. 2. Interact with followers to maintain a strong brand presence, promptly respond to comments and messages, and increase user stickiness. Campaign Promotion & KOL Management 1. Plan and execute online social media marketing campaigns (e.g., challenges, livestreams, KOL collaborations) to drive user growth and conversion. 2. Build and manage a network of external partners (e.g., KOLs/KOCs, agencies) to enhance public channel communication effectiveness. Data Analysis & Optimization 1. Monitor key social media metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement rate, conversion rate), regularly produce performance reports, and propose actionable optimization strategies.
