任职要求
背景要求1. 大专或以上学历,优秀的日语沟通能力,尤其是口语,需要达到C1级别2. 良好的沟通,协调和学习能力,优秀的服务意识,具备一定的抗压性,能适应倒班制度。3. 熟悉 Microsoft Office办公软件,有海外工作经验者优先。4. 有星级酒店、航空公司售票柜台或呼叫中心相关工作经验者优先。
工作职责
工作描述1. 参照公司流程,使用正确的工具协助当地业务团队,为海外合作伙伴提供一线业务支持。2. 适应公司战略调整,及时更新业务知识。3. 通过电话、邮件、在线聊天等方式(必要时需直接联系客户),帮助解决合作伙伴在携程系统日常操作中的需求。4. 向合作酒店推广携程酒店管理系统。5. 与其他部门协调,提高商户(酒店)的整体满意度。6. 完成上级交办的临时任务。

Help to solve the partner's demand in the daily operation of Trip system by telephone, email or online chat(contact the customer directly if necessary). 4. Promote Trip’s hotel management system to our cooperative hotels. 5. Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall satisfaction of the merchant (hotel). 6. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

Marketing position for Global Chain (individual contributor) • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote chain group hotel accommodation, including internal training and external communication • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to support the commercial teams’ efforts • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve marketing objectives • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving marketing strategies to drive business growth
