Key · Help market managers to develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant support services to hotel partners (room types, rates, promotions, availability & content)· Ensure, by operating Trip.com’s internal portals, that the partner hotels’ product (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the Trip.com sites to maximize customer experience· Communicate with hotel partners on behalf of Trip.com to ensure a smooth check-in process for Trip.com customers.· Resolve payment disputes between hotel partners and Trip.com· Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set by Trip.com Group Management· Other reasonable duties, as assigned
