工作职责
1. Lead user journey mapping, segmentation, and persona-based targeting across digital channels (SEO, SEM etc.), identifying opportunities for funnel conversion rates optimization. 2. Conduct market research and landscape analysis to improve brand positioning on digital channels and drive improvements on Brand.com. 3. Develop and execute Paid Ads campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other Ads platforms based on expected ROI and outcomes, in alignment with business goals. 4. Has hands-on experience with digital platforms, using analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.) to track KPIs, A/B test campaigns, and report on performance. 5. Leverage LinkedIn, ABM strategies, and targeted digital campaigns to drive enterprise leads and pipeline growth.
Responsibilities: - Implementation of digital campaigns across a variety of digital media platforms, leveraging IMC resources of websites, PR, brands social media, advertising, email marketing, influencer marketing, etc,. - Communicate with video production and design team to assure smooth delivery of all digital marketing assets, taloring the creativity for different marketing channels. - Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI on marketing spend. - Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform. - Perform ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to identify opportunities for growth.
