工作职责
1. Account Management
- Act as the primary liaison for distribution partners, addressing operational needs and ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Monitor partner performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain strong partner relationships and service quality, to ensure smooth and efficient processes in the delivery of attractions, tours, and activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the efficiency and profitability of distribution partners, with a focus on optimizing omini-channel performance.
2. Market insights and business analysis-
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the distribution of attractions, tours, and activities, with a focus on meta-search channels.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to inform decisions regarding process improvements and partner engagement strategies.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for enhancing distribution operations.
3. Project management
- Lead API Integration Projects: Collaborate with international product and engineering teams to integrate APIs, utilizing technical documentation to guide the process and resolve client-side issues.
- Drive Cross-Functional Timelines: Coordinate with internal and external teams to establish, track, and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Own Project Delivery & Reporting: Take full ownership of designated projects from initiation to completion, including the delivery of regular status reports and performance analyses.1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company and clients to help formulate and adjust operational strategies. 5.Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
- Drive revenue growth on the App Store by developing and executing on locally relevant growth strategies, rooted in robust data-driven analysis. - Build and maintain close relationships with top game developers and help them grow their business on the App Store by providing them with actionable business guidance based on data-driven insights, driving product and commerce feature adoption, and through the identification of new content and business opportunities. - Drive global growth for developers across both domestic and export markets. - Identify new market, industry and competitive trends, business opportunities and risks, and key partners to engage with and develop. - Collaborate closely with both local and international cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Editorial, Marketing and Appleʼs Worldwide Developer Relations team, to drive the shared goal of fostering developer growth on the App Store.
