Workstation Pipeline and Project Management: 1. Manage Product Planning and Pipeline and set priority based on input from both commercial and Product stakeholders 2. Ensure delivery of key Product Developments based on priority through effective project management. 3. Lead Overall Workstation project cadences both internal project team and Business Stakeholders 4. Define RACI on every steps of Product development from discovery to Hypercare stage. 5. Be Center of Excellence on Workstation skills and collaborate with Commercial Academy and country stakeholders to continuously improve Awareness and users Workstation skills to increase overall adoption. 2. 1.理解业务全链路,并通过调研/访谈、数据分析等方式,积极主动发现影响业务团队作业效率的卡点或体验问题,提供产品解决方案; 2.管理产品项目流程,协调销售、产品、技术团队和其他相关部门完成产品功能开发或优化,帮助更高效地达成业务目标; 3.开展产品功能培训和推广,制定全面的产品培训手册,协助销售团队掌握产品使用。 1.Understand the end-to-end business process, proactively identify bottlenecks or experience issues affecting the operational efficiency of business teams through research/interviews, data analysis, etc., and provide product solutions. 2.Manage the product project process, coordinate sales, product, technology teams, and other relevant departments to complete product feature development or optimization, and help achieve business goals more efficiently. 3.Conduct product feature training and promotion, develop comprehensive product training manuals, and assist the sales team in mastering product usage.
1. Possess the ability to screen business management-side partners, design the full chain of investment attraction, and build partner profiles;具备商管侧合作商甄别,招商全链路设计,合作商画像搭建能力; 2. Possess the ability to establish a business management-side partner training system, with prior experience in partner training design and implementation preferred;具备商管侧合作商培训体系建设,过往有合作商培训设计和合作商培训经验优先; 3. Have a deep understanding of partner management, with experience in partner management and frontline research;对合作商管理有较为深刻认知,具备合作商管理经验及一线调研经验; 4. Possess certain capabilities in business management product development and optimization, and can effectively collaborate with various departments to actively promote business implementation;具备一定的商管产品建设和优化能力,能与各部门有效协同积极推动业务落地; 5. Can use English as a working language, with good cross-cultural adaptability and sensitivity, able to work efficiently in a multicultural environment。可将英文作为工作语言,具备良好的跨文化适应能力和敏感度,能够在多元文化环境中高效工作。
