工作职责


-作为Payroll Manager,担任中国总部对接海外拉美区域薪酬流程的主要联系人(POC),统筹和协调相关薪酬事务
-建立并推动以持续改进、自动化、合规、供应商责任制和质量管理为核心的薪酬文化,以可量化指标衡量改进成果
-负责全球薪酬标准化与优化项目的落地执行,推动海外国家薪酬流程的创新与效率提升
- 建立并持续完善海外薪酬相关的 SOP、SLA 及内部控制机制,不断提升薪酬准确率与交付质量
-与 HRBP、HR Operations、系统 及 Finance Operations 等关键利益相关方建立并维护良好合作关系,识别并推动流程及服务交付的持续改进
-根据业务需要,在特定阶段支持海外国家的薪酬流程与运营工作
-负责第三方薪酬供应商的管理与绩效评估,确保服务质量、合规性及交付结果
