3. 制定项目计划、组织公司内外部资源管理Hosting项目按时、合规的完成落地,过程中做好合规、风险、进度管理。
4. 统筹、对接公司内部技术、中台等做好已落地项目的流程梳理,做好项目的日常运营管理;对接法务和外部机构做好已落地项目的合规管理, 资质证书办理。
5. 负责项目供应商的管理,包括合同签署以及对应应第三方产品和服务的按时交付。
6. 负责与外部各类合作伙伴建设维护好良好的合作关系,保障项目的正常落地和运营。
7. 按时完成部门的分配的业绩指标。
8. 完成部门分配的其他工作。

1、报价单处理: 协助项目经理根据厂商或客户需求,生成清晰、准确的初步报价单; 核对报价单中的产品名称、数量、单价、折扣及总价等相关信息,按需及时修改,确保信息完全正确。 2、合同流程跟进: 跟踪合同内外部审批流程,按需和各方沟通有争议的合同条款,推动合同签订流程进展; 将有争议条款形成知识库管理,提高合同签订和流转效率。 3、订单下单操作: 按要求在公司内部CRM或其他相关系统中完整、准确地录入客户和订单信息; 与总代、代理商或客户进行沟通,按要求完成下单流程; 整理并保管所有订单相关的凭证和记录,做到及时更新。 4、对内沟通: 作为项目进度的信息枢纽,定期向团队同事更新订单状态或项目进展; 与中台或财务部门协作,协助处理发票、对账、回款等事宜,确保账目清晰无欠款坏账问题。 5、对外沟通: 以客户为中心,保证客户满意度,无投诉; 在经理的指导下,与SaaS厂商进行日常邮件沟通,解决订单和客户反馈等基础问题; 学习如何与客户进行礼貌、专业的邮件和电话沟通,解答关于订单状态、合同流程等基础问询。
Description The role of Digital Product Owner is to provide product leadership across the key websites under Ant International which are alipayplus.com, antglobal.com and antom.com. You’ll own the overall experience and performance of the websites you’ll support and work closely with stakeholders across the Ant International business to deliver best-in-class website experience for the customers and the business. You’ll define new technology requirements, align the website product roadmap with wider business initiatives, and work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, Malaysia and Singapore across multiple disciplines (engineering, design, content, SRE etc.) to ensure the on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality and content. What you’ll do: ● As one of the digital product owners you’ll work within the international digital marketing and content team ● You’ll be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our websites to support demand generation, top of funnel growth and excellent user experience Gathering stakeholder requirements across cross functional teams and channel owners, prioritising them and working closely with an internal product development and tech development team to ensure successful delivery of each new enhancement/sprint ● Involved with and coordinating content creation working with PR, marketing and product teams as well as analytics to measure your ongoing success and achievement towards business objectives ● Plan then prioritize the roadmap working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing ● Implement the vision and strategy across multiple geographies and be comfortable working across multiple time zones ● Manage the backlog working closely with delivery leads in China ● Identify initiatives to improve the websites with a focus on conversion optimisations and engagement ● Work with UED team to drive end to end website product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimisation ● Work with other internal departments identify customer pain points and to develop solutions ● Collate requirements in to briefing documents and collaborate with delivery leads to size up requirements ● Able to balance and manage core website initiatives and ad-hoc campaign projects ● Be comfortable conducting testing across devices and browsers ● Incorporate SEO best practices across multiple search engines and geographies ● Comfortable with creating wireframes in Figma ● Leverage relationships to execute on objectives successfully
Monitor campaign performance, using analytics to identify key indicators and trends. Manage customer (key user) relationships, implementing strategies for higher satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor spend and campaign budgets closely, conduct competitor analysis, and formulate competitive strategies. Track social media trends, gather insights, and actively engage with user feedback across all platforms. Manage product-related projects, overseeing the entire process from concept to launch. Draft and edit product marketing content, ad copy, mobile notifications, etc., focusing on persuasive messaging. Prepare detailed promotional presentations and assist in planning and hosting marketing events.
As the Digital Content Lead you will be responsible for managing the global content plan and bringing to life the vision and direction of Today at Apple online. You will manage the briefing of our internal partners and external creative agencies and must be an expert in managing multiple production timelines at once, have experience managing budgets and be available to travel for shoots as required. - Drive cross functional collaboration to identify and support business priorities within the content strategy. - Brief both internal teams and external agencies on content and shoot requirements and deliverables - Understand deeply the responsibility and relationship of digital content in our ecosystem - Work closely with all creative teams bringing the work to life, off the back of your brief - Overlay all work through the lens of business priorities and ensure the work we are developing ladders up to these priorities and areas of focus across Apple Retail - Plan, produce, track and complete each piece of content from concept phase to launch - Track, monitor and build an insight strategy for all video content we produce, across all channels - Partner with Heads of Programming on key in store events that are happening to ensure we can capture those events and develop robust online plans to amplify the session in the online space - Collaborate with the wider Apple organization to ensure that Today at Apple and the content we create is of the highest standard, is timely and is meeting the needs of our audience - Work closely with Apple Store App team on content requirements and find new opportunities for Today at Apple content to be placed across the ecosystem - Partner with Business Affairs to enable successful content captures in our Apple Retail Stores - Manage the day to day relationship with the creative agency partner outside of Apple to ensure their work meets our brief and is to the high standard we expect - Ensure each production, regardless of location runs smoothly and to budget - Develop future state content plans that will see the work of Today at Apple Digital move with the growing needs of the business
