Key Qualities: ● 4 years+ of experience in owning and managing websites or apps preferably in a FinTech environment ● Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills ● Bilingual – fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English ● Track record in working on international/global websites or apps, CX and site structure ● Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions ● Strong understanding of international website capabilities, technology, tools or apps UX/UI, design and development practices ● Experience using Figma ● Experience with website or app languages/code and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JS, REACT) ● Familiar with website or app architecture and infrastructure (DNS, Hosting, Security, SRE) ● Have knowledge about user-centred design principles and strong understanding of website or app user behaviour and the roles that websites or apps play in customer experiences/journeys. ● Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and user testing ● Experience with analytics, CRO tools and data visualisation ● A natural problem solver who is passionate about continuously improving the way they operate ● Ability to deal with ambiguity and work within a changing and time pressured environment ● You're adaptable, quick thinking and keen to learn and grow ● Willingness to get into the detail and be hands on to drive tasks forward ● Have an understanding of, and respect for, different working cultures. Description The role of Digital Product Owner is to provide product leadership across the key websites under Ant International which are alipayplus.com, antglobal.com and antom.com. You’ll own the overall experience and performance of the websites you’ll support and work closely with stakeholders across the Ant International business to deliver best-in-class website experience for the customers and the business. You’ll define new technology requirements, align the website product roadmap with wider business initiatives, and work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, Malaysia and Singapore across multiple disciplines (engineering, design, content, SRE etc.) to ensure the on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality and content. What you’ll do: ● As one of the digital product owners you’ll work within the international digital marketing and content team ● You’ll be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our websites to support demand generation, top of funnel growth and excellent user experience Gathering stakeholder requirements across cross functional teams and channel owners, prioritising them and working closely with an internal product development and tech development team to ensure successful delivery of each new enhancement/sprint ● Involved with and coordinating content creation working with PR, marketing and product teams as well as analytics to measure your ongoing success and achievement towards business objectives ● Plan then prioritize the roadmap working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital Marketing ● Implement the vision and strategy across multiple geographies and be comfortable working across multiple time zones ● Manage the backlog working closely with delivery leads in China ● Identify initiatives to improve the websites with a focus on conversion optimisations and engagement ● Work with UED team to drive end to end website product initiatives including research and discovery, development of user flows, wireframes and stories (with UX/Design), and ongoing optimisation ● Work with other internal departments identify customer pain points and to develop solutions ● Collate requirements in to briefing documents and collaborate with delivery leads to size up requirements ● Able to balance and manage core website initiatives and ad-hoc campaign projects ● Be comfortable conducting testing across devices and browsers ● Incorporate SEO best practices across multiple search engines and geographies ● Comfortable with creating wireframes in Figma ● Leverage relationships to execute on objectives successfully
This role is part of a Global Brand & Marketing team, and reports directly to the Head of Emfi & Brand Marketing. As brand manager for Ant International’s Flagship brands, s/he is responsible for defining, shaping and activating the brand to deepen customer connection, drive brand equity and deliver long term business impact. As the brand voice, custodian and advocate, s/he will drive how the Flagship brands show up and continues to grow meaningfully in today’s fast paced and evolving marketplace, and what each Flagship brand stands for in the hearts and minds of our customers Key Roles and Responsibilities 1. Brand Strategy and Purpose • Guard and evolve Flagship brand’s purpose and identity, aligned with business goals and those of its parent company • Develop Brand Message House in collaboration with PR, and set annual brand focus / key messages for consistent application across all channels • Lead brand messaging across platforms, including: - LinkedIn (with PR) - Brand Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a consistent narrative in external communications - Website: Provide and maintain brand content in alignment to brand purpose and key messages 2. Brand Advocacy, Governance and Intelligence • Align cross-functional teams around brand strategy and tone, including communications, product marketing, PR and local market teams where applicable • Own and maintain the Brand Guide, working with internal and external stakeholders and teams to execute and ensure visual and verbal brand consistency across all markets and touchpoints • Lead development and execution of brand performance trackers, measurement tools in collaboration with cross functional teams, to evaluate brand’s contribution as well as identify and act on opportunities that strengthen brand equity and parent company’s value • Manage, develop and/or contribute to award submissions • Internal communications and brand training to introduce and incorporate brand messages for staff engagement, talent attraction, culture building, and brand immersion • Performance monitoring 3. Brand Go-to-Market Activation, Execution and Management • Identify and lead brand activation opportunities aligned with brand purpose and business prioritised markets to enable business goals in prospecting, acquisition and utilisation • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and go to market plans for prioritised markets that deliver the brand’s positioning, identity and narrative across key campaigns, touch points and assets like brand video • Manage and provide overview of brand touchpoints and campaigns, its performance, and overall budget • Lead and manage brand applications such as events, sponsorships • Work collaborative with the larger brand & marketing teams to leverage their communications to maximise brand understanding recognition, recall and appreciation

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing strategies to improve the usability, functionality, and performance of Alibaba Cloud's international website, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Website Redesign & Optimization: ● Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of Alibaba Cloud's international website, ensuring it aligns with global brand standards and user expectations. ● Identify pain points and opportunities via competitive analysis, user research and operational data analysis, and propose optimization strategies (e.g., navigation redesign, form simplification, search experience improvements). ● Design and execute A/B tests to validate feature improvements (e.g., conversion rate increase, bounce rate reduction). 2. Job responsibilities: 1. Develop and strategize Xpeng's brand positioning and communication strategy in Australia; Formulate and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights, market opportunities and competitor trends, while aligning with global brand guidelines; 2. Collaborate with local agencies to create annual brand plans and leverage resources to achieve objectives including but not limited to brand awareness enhancement, reputation improvement, campaign execution, fan acquisition, and customer club establishment/management; 3.
