任职要求 1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科或硕士学位 2. 5年以上技术支持和1年以上服务管理经验 3. 有在大型复杂web服务和技术环境中管理企业支持的经验 4. 具有以客户为中心的思维模式和卓越的内部服务能力以及外部客户关怀 5. 熟悉SLA、KPI以及可以根据客户要求完成部门SLA目标以及KPI关键指标 6. 熟悉ITIL，能够为团队制定及优化工作、职责流程 7. 在必要时面向团队和客户能够提出问题解决方案，根本原因分析和纠正措施 8. 具有较强的中英文、口头及书面的技术及管理相关沟通能力和谈判能力 9. 对一个或多个工单系统有丰富的经验，Salesforce云服务优先 10. 熟悉Amazon AWS (SQS, SNS, API Gateway, S3, Route 53)和/或类似的服务11. 在微软Azure生态系统，谷歌云中的运用 12. 有使用ETL, ELT工具的经验，如AWS Glue, EMR, Azure Data Factory, Informatica，数据管道 13. 具备Spark、Kafka等大数据系统的使用经验 14. 基本的SQL经验/使用 15. 掌握使用各种数据库连接问题的故障排除经验方法(客户端软件、驱动/连接器) 16. 具备ODBC, JDBC, GO, .Net等驱动程…
