Qualifications
Minimum requirements
- 2-4 years of experience creating and executing search engine optimization strategies, with direct experience with answer engine optimization and generative engine optimization
- Experience in working within the fintech industry with a good grasp of financial products and services
- Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including audits and backlink strategies
- Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI-powered search platforms (e.g. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)
- Experience in analyzing data and in dashboards and reporting software such as Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics to drive growth decisions

Preferred qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Proficient in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to take initiative, independently problem-solve, and drive tasks to completion
