Airbrush Studio is looking for a “full-stack” Product Marketing Manager to support our products. You will partner with our product, design, and broader marketing teams to build, launch, and go-to-market strategy, product launches, and adoption of the product. Some launches may be improvements to existing functionality based on user feedback, while others are more 0 → 1 initiatives that serve as new vectors of growth for our business. What you'll do at Airbrush: ● Take ownership of product marketing efforts with responsibility for driving end-to-end go-to-market efforts ● Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering ● Lead creative product launches and be a partner to the Product team, with a focus on identify proper channels and getting results from different channels ● Design creative campaign targed to different segment of users to drive engagement. ● Develop product messaging and positioning that sets us apart from competitors and demonstrates understanding of our customers’ needs ● Manage our beta programs, from customer outreach, managing beta communications, coordinating feedback sessions, to promoting customer success stories ● Drive deeper engagement of our product through a variety of content—social media, email marketing, tutorials and product tips, blog posts, and more ● Partner with the broader marketing team to launch campaigns that span partnership, web, onboarding, activation, and adoption Minimum qualification: ● 4+ years in product marketing or a related role ● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline ● Experience with GTM strategies based on consumer driven insights ● Experience with consumer facing product launches and consumer campaigns ● Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and enrolling the necessary leadership support to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives ● Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese or international experience It's an added plus if you also have: ● Experience with creative concent design including photo and video ediitng

• Develop and align FBA features’ key message and selling points with product and business teams in global; • Dive Deep into local Sellers’ performance and requirements, figure out challenges and opportunities for improvement. • Plan and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive FBA Sellers’ performance improvement. • Own marketing content roadmap and create various content tools (success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc.) for Seller engagement and education across Asia, ensure marketing contents updated and consistent; • Collect Seller insights to influence product development roadmap; • Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve; • Ongoing communications with global and Asia stakeholders
Responsibilities: • Work closely with product center and marketing center to develop positioning, go-to-market strategy and launch materials of new products, and optimize existing product lines based on customer feedback • Analyze potential vertical markets, determine product/market fit, and propose top selling points customized to each vertical market • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
