You'll make an impact by Product Marketing Manager take the responsibility from PLM view local BU to oversee all sales and marketing activities and events • Define and drive local BU marketing strategy includes product with corporate communication in SI group and Siemens China • Drive development of local BU marketing structure and process • Collaborate with EA S and EA VA for target regions/vertical terms of market value proposition. • Drive development for local BU market image build up and • Collaborate with EA Strategy, EA S and EA VA and provide supportive • Improve customer engagement from marketing perspectives • Leadership & Team Management • Lead and manage team, ensuring role clarify, provide coaching • performance culture • Ensure team is positioned for success with high productivity • Ensure team competency development continuously.
• Develop and align FBA features’ key message and selling points with product and business teams in global; • Dive Deep into local Sellers’ performance and requirements, figure out challenges and opportunities for improvement. • Plan and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive FBA Sellers’ performance improvement. • Own marketing content roadmap and create various content tools (success stories, pitch decks, flyers, videos, etc.) for Seller engagement and education across Asia, ensure marketing contents updated and consistent; • Collect Seller insights to influence product development roadmap; • Set up marketing input and output goals, design and track marketing metrics and always seeking ways to improve; • Ongoing communications with global and Asia stakeholders
Responsibilities: • Work closely with product center and marketing center to develop positioning, go-to-market strategy and launch materials of new products, and optimize existing product lines based on customer feedback • Analyze potential vertical markets, determine product/market fit, and propose top selling points customized to each vertical market • Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products • Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
