Minimum Qualifications
A portfolio or work samples demonstrating applied knowledge of experience strategy, usability, user-centered design, and content strategy. Your XD documents should include strategic frameworks, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and spatial or physical journey maps. 
12+ years of overall experience, including 3 years of management experience as a leader driving experience strategy in a creative-focused digital agency or in-house at a leading brand.
Strong written and spoken Chinese and English skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with international team members.
A global perspective with an awareness of the latest digital trends and strategic methodologies.
Deep exposure to local culture in China and its unique interactive and retail landscape.
Proven ability to map and orchestrate cohesive, strategically driven user journeys that span digital platforms and physical in-store experiences.
