This role will drive end-to-end project management of strategic content and commerce initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring new consumer experiences to life. You will lead the development, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects—from 0 to 1—ensuring flawless delivery across timelines, teams, and business goals. With a strong understanding of branding, creative development, and digital content, you will help bridge creative vision and operational execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to execution, owning timelines, workstreams, and partner alignment. - Manage the project lifecycle for integrated marketing, content, and commerce campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution across teams. - Work with partners to translate creative ideas into executable, scalable plans - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all project stages and partners - Provide project status updates and leadership reporting across cross functional teams.
1.数字化系统规划与建设： 主导半导体行业数字化系统（如FMEA、xCRB变更管理系统等）的规划、需求分析、设计与实施，确保系统与生产流程深度集成；推动半导体制造相关系统（如自动化、数据采集、良率分析等）的优化与升级； 2.项目全周期管理： 负责项目立项、资源协调、进度跟踪、风险管控及验收交付，确保项目按期高质量落地；制定项目计划书、技术文档及标准化操作流程（SOP），推动跨部门文件签核与执行； 3.跨部门协作与推动： 联动研发、生产、IT、供应链等部门，解决系统建设中的技术冲突与资源瓶颈；定期向高层汇报项目进展，协调内外部利益相关方达成共识。
1、与业产研一起推进核心项目的整体目标战略规划、协调与执行，确保项目按时、按质完成 2、制定项目管理流程和需求管理流程，优化相应的管理工具和办法，提升组织协调效率和研发效能 3、与技术团队、业务部门紧密合作，确保项目需求清晰，风险得到妥善管理 4、监控项目进度，定期汇报项目状态，及时识别并解决项目中出现的问题 5、推动跨部门沟通与协作，确保项目目标与公司战略一致 1、Responsible for overall product&tech planning, coordination, and execution of key projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. 2、Develop project management processes, optimize project management tools to enhance tech efficiency. 3、Collaborate closely with technical teams and business departments to ensure clear project requirements and effective risk management. 4、Monitor project progress, regularly report project status, and promptly address issues that arise. 5、Facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to align project goals with company strategy.
1. 数智化项目识别与提案：主导BEO部门数智化转型项目的管理，识别业务场景中的数智化机会点，推动形成可落地的项目提案；2. 流程自动化实施：识别项目管理及运营流程中的重复性、低价值工作，应用RPA或低代码工具实现自动化，提升运营效率；3. 数智化知识库建设与赋能：沉淀项目过程中的算法模型与自动化脚本最佳实践，形成部门数智化知识库，组织内部培训与分享，提升团队整体数智化素养与工具应用能力。
- Write Micro-Architecture Definition/Writing Design Implementation Spec based on memory or storage feature requirements； - Write RTL coding for block or top level； - Do IP level synthesis / timing analysis / formality check / CDC check /Code coverage check； - Assist on Verification Engineer to complete module and top level simulation and verification; - Debug RTL/Gate Level waveform at module or top level; - Do Silicon debugging of the related module functionalities and provide ECO solution accordingly；
