We are creating a cutting-edge digital ecosystem aimed at revolutionizing the industry with digital capabilities. We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to join our team as a Partnership Onboarding Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and executing our partnership initiatives, driving long-term collaborations through best class delivery, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships across diverse use cases implementation. Project Management and Delivery • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of partnership projects aligned with organizational goals. • Serve as the project manager and subject matter expert of cross-border payment products, establishing clear delivery timelines and coordinating internal and external teams. • Create regular reporting mechanisms (e.g., weekly progress updates), identify risks, and resolve delays to ensure project success. Tools and Process Optimization • Build tools, dashboards, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and communication for partnerships onboarding. • Streamline internal processes to improve delivery timelines and maintain quality standards. • Design automated process for partnership onboarding to support smooth and efficient partnership onboarding Product and Stakeholder Management • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for cross-border payment product, bridging business development and product teams. • Develop standardized materials and solutions for product implementation and create promotional content such as product guides. • Adapt product solutions to meet partner and local market needs, providing feedback for product enhancements. Trainings and Sales Enablement • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and execute trainings on products, process and technologies to enable Sales team on selling.
1. Design and drive payment and financing solutions targeting e-commerce ecosystem participants, including e-marketplaces, site builders, logistics, advertising suppliers, etc. 2. Collaborate with Internal teams (i.e. marketing, onboarding, CRM, etc.) to produce relevant sales needed materials and tools to enable enterprise BD team globally to sell above solutions efficiently and effectively 3. Run the Centre of Excellence platform – bringing together international enterprise partnership best practices across the globe into an Enterprise Standard Operating Process and addressing international enterprise collaboration issues 4. The solutions aim to cover full value chain of those enterprise partners, including mass payout, treasury management, seller recruitment service and potentially factoring service 5. The goals of the enterprise business would be 1) to maximize the engagement with those partners to bring customers to WorldFirst seller business; 2) to generate transaction volume and revenue directly from those enterprise clients 6. Perform various administrative and operational duties to drive effectiveness. These operational tasks include but are not limited to preparation of materials for senior management, facilitate key management meetings, maintenance of target timelines of initiatives & getting updates to drive traction, draft processes & validate implementation of initiatives.
1. You will be directly responsible for acquiring, managing and maintaining key Partner relationships with companies / financial institutions across Africa, South Asia, South America that are able to introduce clients to WorldFirst. 2. You will work closely with these partners to drive referrals into the WorldFirst business. These Partnerships may include Referral, Affiliate, or Enterprise type of relationships. 3. You will be required to connect, manage and maintain key Partner relationships with relevant business associations to promote WorldFirst brand awareness and make WorldFirst to be top of mind among associations’ members. 4. You will be required to handle API related integration projects with strategic partners that require seamless integration of their platforms with WorldFirst platform. 5. You'll need to be up-to-date with WorldFirst's latest products and services to proficiently promote these to our partners and their clients, representing WorldFirst with the utmost integrity. 6. You’ll be responsible for making regular contact with our partner network, providing feedback on any issues they face and delivering solutions to help them overcome their pain points. 7. You need to be comfortable representing WorldFirst in a wide variety of scenarios and locations across trade shows, partner webinars and marketing activities. 8. You need to work closely with Internal teams across multiple disciplines to ensure the smooth and successful on-boarding and activation of partners, including securing buy-in from senior stakeholders of an expanding portfolio of large-scale partnerships 9. You need to work in collaboration with our partners and internal teams to produce relevant marketing material, assess product solution requirements and on-site and remote partner training and support requirements
Partnership on boarding • Facilitate negotiation with mobile payment partnership, providing insights on pricing and other commercials; • Collaborate with product teams to build end-to-end financial metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Partner Management • Manage financial operations with strategic partners and other incentive programs; • Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities; • Develop reconciliation frameworks for incentive programs, resolve discrepancies. Budgeting & Performance • Lead annual budgeting and monthlly forecasting, analyze ROI deviations, and drive corrective actions; • Design KPI frameworks for business units, deliver monthly performance dashboards to executives; • Co-work with regional team and accounting team to performa the monthly closing & other booking/accounting issue.
