License Application: Manage the entire licensing process, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination; Interpret and comply with regulations; Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet regulatory requirements; 2. Go-to-Market Strategy Development & Execution: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats; Design GTM strategy: product positioning, pricing, distribution channels, and partnerships with banks/payment providers; Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to launch campaigns and drive adoption; 3. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Marketing, etc.); Build relationships with regulators, industry groups, and partners; Represent the company at conferences and project discussions. Based in Hong Kong, this individual will be the key person of the Hong Kong AML Team to support Ant Group’s Alipay business. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, hard-working senior compliance professional to join Ant Group. This person will work closely with regulators such as Hong Kong Customs and JFIU, other AML team members, legal, risk management, data privacy and other legal/compliance professionals, as well as Business, Product and Operation teams at Ant Group. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, exercise good judgement, experienced in the relevant Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”), Counter-Terrorist Financing (“CTF”), and sanctions in remittance, payments or financial services industry, and with demonstrable ability to effectively and proactively engage and partner with the business in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Responsibilities: 1.Act as the focal point for the oversight of all activities relating to the prevention and detection of AML/Sanctions/CTF in Hong Kong; 2.Provide support / guidance to the senior management to ensure that AML/Sanctions /CTF risks are adequately identified, understood and managed, in particular to communicate key AML/Sanctions /CTF issues including significant compliance deficiencies; 3.Carry out risk assessment at the enterprise level and on products and services offered by Ant Group; 4.Provide support and guidance to the Business Development team in relation to AML/Sanctions /CTF issues; 5.Work with in-house AML product and technology team to select and implement relevant technology solutions; 6.Actively identify and report suspicious transactions by reviewing internal disclosures and act as the main point of contact with the Hong Kong regulators and law enforcement agencies. Implement effective SAR reporting procedures in accordance with the local requirements; 7.Ensure financial crime surveillance and intelligence in country is effective; 8.Develop and review the AML/Sanctions /CTF systems to ensure they remain up-to-date, meet current statutory and regulatory requirements and are effective in managing AML/Sanctions /CTF risks arising from the business; 9.Ensure AML/Sanctions /CTF staff training is adequate, appropriate and effective; 10.Conduct due diligence review on strategic business partner to evaluate potential AML/Sanctions /CTF risks.
• Manage and grow Riot’s music supervision presence across APAC, overseeing execution for music strategies on League of Legends, Wild Rift, VALORANT, 2XKO, and other Riot titles. • Act as a regional lead and day-to-day music partner to Riot product and publishing teams across China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. • Lead creative development and execution of original score, licensed music, and artist collaborations that reflect regional cultural context and player identity. • Build, guide, and mentor a team of music supervision contributors (internal and external) in the region. • Collaborate cross-functionally with audio, creative, marketing, and game teams to align music with campaign goals and player experience. • Partner with Tencent and K6 teams in China to support music strategy, campaign approvals, and localization of music-forward assets. • Partner with RGM project managers, team coordinators, and Business Affairs to ensure regional music workstreams align with Riot Games Music’s operational standards for rights, budgeting, and production workflows. • Track music KPIs in APAC markets and iterate on creative and partnership strategy based on performance insights. • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of regional composers, artists, producers, and music agencies. • Represent the APAC music supervision POV in global RGM sync meetings, project reviews, and best practice sharing. • Manage a small team of early career creatives, consultants and coordinators based in the APAC region, mentoring them both in the craft of music supervision and executive development

Key Responsibilities Include: - Vetting US or locally produced Marketing deliverables/ content to ensure appropriateness for use in the relevant eCommerce platforms in the Greater China Region. - Coordinating and planning appropriate Greater China specific content to replace Worldwide Marcom content that is not available or suitable for the region’s use. - Making content suggestions in response to content briefs specifically requiring localised content and working with relevant internal stakeholders including Developers Relations and Product Marketing to finalize the content choices. - Securing rights clearances with a diverse set of content partners based in Greater China, as well as some partners outside of the region. - Devising and developing content strategy and clearance standards. - Maintaining excellent relationships with partners and communicating with internal teams to understand what the deliverables are, and how the content will be used in each piece, in order to negotiate appropriate usage rights.
