Minimum Qualifications
• A strong Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
• 7-10+ years e-commerce experience, focusing on commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or retail business management.
• Proven ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and business performance to develop actionable strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presentation skills.
• Self-starter, with strong motivation to find win-win solutions between Partners.
• Strong marketplace subject matter expertise, including knowledge of China’s marketplace, digital commerce trends and best practice
• Exceptional ability to problem solve, develop creative solutions, and demonstrate resourcefulness
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated success in a role within a global brand and matrix organisation is desired
• Expertise in e-commerce or omni-channel retail strategies, with a focus on driving online sales growth.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovative growth ideas
• Detail oriented / effective in process management and documentation.
• Comfortable working as both an individual contributor and the Manager of a small but driven team.

• The Digital Partnerships Account Manager will have commercial and team responsibility for the successful development and execution of our Flagship Store on a key marketplace. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can identify, develop and execute strategic plans for growth, oversee key projects, manage relationship with the partnership, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to achieve different what’s best for Apple.
• Strategic Planning & Business Development:
• - Develop long-term strategic plans that align with the Retail’s goals and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• - Conduct competitive analysis to refine the platform’s value proposition and market positioning.
