Overview:
 We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Local Marketing Lead to join our Japan team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Japan-specific brand strategies, ensuring that our identity, tone, and messaging connect deeply with local consumers. You will also oversee local campaigns, offline initiatives, and strategic partnerships that amplify our brand presence. You will work closely with the Country Manager to grow our brand presence and user base in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Localization:
 Adapt and develop brand strategies that reflect local market insights while staying aligned with global brand positioning.
- Consumer-Centric Communication:
 Build a consistent, emotionally resonant voice across all local touchpoints—including website, app, social media, events, and customer communications.
- Brand Campaign Planning & Execution:
 Lead the development of seasonal or thematic brand campaigns tailored to Japanese consumer trends, culture, and behavior.
- Market Insights & Trend Monitoring:
 Analyze consumer insights, cultural movements, and competitor strategies to refine local messaging and brand experience.
- Offline Brand Presence:
 Plan and manage offline activations such as pop-ups, brand meetups, and event collaborations to deepen brand engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
 Work closely with global brand, product, and creative teams to ensure a unified brand narrative across channels.
