Its responsibilities include:
- Integrate full partner capabilities from partner team through a holistic partner heat map including partner solution, competency, industrial play, etc. as the interface to sales team;
- Integrate partner planning and strategy into sales planning
- Enable BD team to recognize the value of partner solutions to their business
- Streamline the leads-to-cash process for partner related opportunities through day-to-day execution with sales team in the full sales cycle and achieve a healthy partner attach rate
- Coordinate between partners and sales team to mitigate any conflict of interests
