You will provide HR Service Centre advisory and support to Ant Group in Singapore. - Render HR advisory support, lead transformation projects and provide substantial value of efficiency and effectiveness to service deliveries - Oversee the quality of service and deliver HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment visa, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard within service level agreements (SLAs) - Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with an alternative / solution and initiate process improvement / enhancement projects simultaneously - Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis - Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members - Administering and analyze local benefits, leave of absence (LOA), workers’ compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to team management and ensures that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse - Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders - Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements - Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operations
• Own the product vision: work with the management team, tech team and the various domain leaders across Ant Group to set the vision and goals for our digital banking products. • Customer first: Understand competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights and trends to drive innovative solutions to address customer pain points. • Articulate value propositions of business initiatives. Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories. Ensure development team understands the context and specifications to deliver quality product within timeline • Lead product prioritization: Develop and run the process to define, assess and prioritize features to set the product roadmap, working closely with the tech team. • Set objectives and track metrics for products and features: measure the engagement and success of each product and feature, and iterate continuously to reach the overall objectives. • Communicate and engage with all relevant stakeholders: portfolio companies, stakeholders in Ant Group, and other users: ensure all features and products are launched and communicated in a way where all users and stakeholders are kept informed to ensure immediate uptake, usage and quick feedback.
1. Work with product teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions； 2. Conduct technical discussions, and solution presentations in fluent English with external clients and non-technical stakeholders； 3. Design, develop, test, and deploy Java applications using Spring Boot, adhering to coding standards, best practices, and microservices architecture principles； 4. Develop high volume, high performance, low latency and reliable mission-critical applications； 5. Participate in architectural reviews, apply design patterns and object-oriented design principles, and optimize system performance (e.g., SQL tuning, JVM profiling)； 6. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues； 7. Containerize applications using Docker, manage orchestration via Kubernetes, and deploy to cloud platforms (AWS/Aliyun)； 8. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance within Scrum teams.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sanctions Compliance Officer to support our compliance operations in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring that our business complies with local and international sanctions regulations, including those issued by OFAC, UN, EU, and GCC authorities. You will play a key role in advising on sanctions risks, handling screening escalations, and supporting cross-regional compliance efforts.
