In this role, you'll bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with robust hardware design, driving products from concept through mass production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, and AI) to define the product vision, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver market-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities： 1. Product Strategy & Definition - Lead end-to-end product planning for full-system robotics solutions. - Conduct market research and user needs analysis to define technical specifications, commercialization strategies, and core performance metrics (e.g., motion control precision, multimodal interaction speed). - Own the PRD and establish clear product goals aligned with business objectives. 2. Technology Integration - Translate AI capabilities (motion control, environmental perception, decision-making) into hardware-ready solutions. - Coordinate structural, hardware, and software teams to integrate systems such as sensor fusion, joint actuation, and embedded controls. 3. Lifecycle Ownership - Manage the product journey from concept and design to mass production and delivery. - Define product roadmaps, set and track milestones (TR reviews / DCP decisions), and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks across departments. 4. System Validation & Compliance - Develop and oversee system-level testing, including functional, extreme load, and EMC tests. - Lead performance bottleneck analysis, optimize reliability, and drive CE/FCC certification. 5. Ecosystem & Technology Foresight - Research emerging technologies such as heterogeneous computing platforms and advanced sensors. - Foster a robotics developer ecosystem and transition pre-research innovations into marketable products.

1.Responsible for service station opening tasks, including site survey, graphic design, full set of construction drawings design and project design tracking and landing four stages. 2.Responsible for project management, including the management and follow-up of single station projects and special projects within the group. Effectively formulate project plans, promote the project process and track project results, and when multiple projects are in progress, can reasonably arrange the time to ensure the delivery of the project. 3.Focus on business changes, dig deep into business pain points, use flexible design to improve productivity and drive business efficiency. 4.Responsible for continuous iteration of planning and design standards in the design process; 5.Other special as well as rectification work.

Optimize and execute validation processes, ensuring seamless quality assurance across the releases. Effectively handle resources, to ensure smooth execution and adaptability to changing priorities. Define and implement key quality metrics (e.g., test case coverage, test efficiency, defect leakage) to track and enhance validation effectiveness. Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Self-motivated, able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment. Deliver timely and precise updates on testing status and quality metrics to collaborators throughout all testing phases.
