The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver who excels at crafting compelling narratives that elevate brand visibility and engagement. They will possess a deep understanding of the consumer tech and consumer product landscape and demonstrate the ability to execute PR campaigns that drive meaningful results. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing long-term brand goals with immediate opportunities to capture public attention while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy. Location: Onsite at our Bellevue, WA office location Key Responsibilities: - Media Coverage: Help secure top-tier consumer tech, vertical, and lifestyle media coverage for our products. - Event Management: Help manage and execute major consumer events, media tours, and product launches. - Strategic Planning: Develop insight-driven media lists, research, and analysis to guide launch strategies, including measurable objectives. - Relationship Building: Build and manage relationships with reporters at the national and regional levels. - Media Outreach: Conduct strategic and thorough media outreach to land reviews, feature stories, and round-ups. - Industry Expertise: Monitor the news daily for any relevant stories, becoming an "expert" in your respective field/industry. - Short and Long-Term Strategies: Develop short-term wins that drive awareness and sales, as well as long-term PR strategies to grow our brand with key demographic groups. - Collaboration: Maintain strong coordination and partnership with our PR teams in the US, Europe, and China, as well as with brand leadership. - CSR Initiatives: Drive event planning and press material development supporting Anker Innovations' "ReCharge the Future" ESG/CSR global initiative. - Product Access: Enjoy access to many industry-leading gadgets and cool products.

- Drive revenue growth on the App Store by developing and executing on locally relevant growth strategies, rooted in robust data-driven analysis. - Build and maintain close relationships with top game developers and help them grow their business on the App Store by providing them with actionable business guidance based on data-driven insights, driving product and commerce feature adoption, and through the identification of new content and business opportunities. - Drive global growth for developers across both domestic and export markets. - Identify new market, industry and competitive trends, business opportunities and risks, and key partners to engage with and develop. - Collaborate closely with both local and international cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Editorial, Marketing and Appleʼs Worldwide Developer Relations team, to drive the shared goal of fostering developer growth on the App Store.

This role will focus on supporting employees and managers in all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and coaching to employees and managers. - Manage and resolve workplace issues including performance management, policy interpretation, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Conduct thorough and timely investigations into employee concerns, ensuring confidentiality, fairness, and compliance with company policies and employment laws. - Partner with managers on employee performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and development strategies. - Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures across all levels of the organization. - Support HR programs and initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, DEI, and culture-building. - Stay up to date on employment legislation and HR best practices; recommend changes to policies and processes as needed. - Assist with HR compliance requirements including documentation, reporting, and audits. - Contribute to HR projects such as training sessions, policy development, and organizational development initiatives. - Collaborate with global HR and business teams, effectively managing cross-time zone communication and alignment on employee relations matters.
