Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or program management role overseeing complex, cross-functional software projects. Deep, hands-on technical expertise in the Linux ecosystem: kernel development, driver model, packaging, and open-source community dynamics. Proven experience with modern software engineering practices: Agile methodologies, CI/CD, test automation, and performance benchmarking. Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to articulate complex technical issues to both engineers and executives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Exposure to systems architecture Experience running, analyzing, and system benchmarks Solid programming skills in Python, C, or C++  HIGHLY PREFFERED: Direct experience with GPU compute technologies (ROCm, HIP, CUDA, OpenCL) and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
