The Role We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Benefits Consultant to join Tesla’s Regional Compensation and Benefits team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving positive change across the Company and must be analytical and strategic in identify efficiencies to deliver exceptional results. You must have a strong ability to work on multiple task deliverables, handle sensitive information and partner with HRBPs, Leaders and Employees to deliver exceptional results on a company-wide scale. The role will be based in Shanghai or Tokyo. Responsibilities • Assiss Regional Benefits Leader to design, review & implement the related benefits policy & plan, including insurance, leave, recognition & wellbeing. • Demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills to drive robust understanding of benefits polices, including insurance, recognition & wellbeing among HRBPs, Leaders and employees. • Proactively support the review of existing Benefits program processes and development of new compensation policies for the region, as well as the implementation of internal benefits tools and systems. • Leverage on external best practices to plan and administer employee Benefits and Wellbeing programs and policies in the region, to deliver an exceptional and consistent employee experience. • Explore Manage external relationships with key vendors to drive visibility and ensure effective administration and delivery of Benefits programs. • Partner with HRBPs and business teams to drive Benefits programs in line with Tesla’s benefits strategy. • Support ad-hoc data analysis and analyse market trends and survey benchmarking data to develop effective Benefits programs and strategies. • Stay current on all emerging benefits regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

The Benefits Administration Manager owns and governs the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs globally. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and consistent benefits delivery across regions, while driving standardization, strong vendor governance, and a positive employee experience. • Own end-to-end global benefits administration and annual benefits cycles • Define global standards, processes, and controls while supporting local compliance • Govern global and regional benefits vendors, SLAs, and issue escalation • Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and data accuracy • Partner cross-functionally and act as global benefits SME • Drive process, system, and service delivery improvements
