The Benefits Administration Manager owns and governs the end-to-end administration of employee benefits programs globally. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and consistent benefits delivery across regions, while driving standardization, strong vendor governance, and a positive employee experience. • Own end-to-end global benefits administration and annual benefits cycles • Define global standards, processes, and controls while supporting local compliance • Govern global and regional benefits vendors, SLAs, and issue escalation • Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and data accuracy • Partner cross-functionally and act as global benefits SME • Drive process, system, and service delivery improvements
Job Title: HR Manager-Global Contingent Labor Location: Shanghai Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience About the Role As a HR Manager-Global Contingent Labor, you will lead the oversight and operational execution of Trip.com Company’s global contingent workforce administration. This role bridges internal business needs with external labor providers to ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals. You will manage relationships with staffing agencies while driving innovation in workforce solutions. Key 1. Workforce Planning - Align contingent labor strategies with business objectives, ensuring scalability and adaptability to market demands. - Develop and implement policies for temporary workers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with international labor laws and regulations . 2. Vendor & Partner Management - Cowork with Purchasing to negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing models with staffing agencies and outsourcing partners . - Monitor vendor performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hires, cost efficiency, payroll accuracy) and resolve escalations . 3. Compliance & Risk Mitigation - Ensure adherence to labor laws, worker classification standards, and data privacy regulations across jurisdictions. - Conduct audits to mitigate co-employment risks and optimize labor outsourcing utilization . 4. Operational Excellence - Oversee end-to-end processes: onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and workforce analytics . - Collaborate with HRIS/IT teams to implement and troubleshoot relevant HR platforms . 5. Stakeholder Engagement - Act as a liaison between business units, HR teams, and external partners to address workforce challenges and drive solutions . - Lead cross-cultural communication initiatives to ensure seamless collaboration in diverse markets . 6. Data-Driven Decision Making - Analyze workforce trends (e.g., spend, turnover, compliance risk ) and deliver actionable insights to leadership . - Utilize metrics to optimize vendor management and time-to-productivity for contingent workers .
THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager entails responsibilities for working with ISVs, and multipal internal team such as marketing and sales team to develop business and marketing strategies that compliment AMD’s initiatives; as well as enabling product development in building AMD’s software ecosystem. Candidate will evangelize AMD technology, create, and track marketing programs success and enable OEMs/ODMs sale teams through training. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with engineering, product marketing, finance, legal and executive teams.
Key Roles and We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a wide range of C&B functions, including the design and analysis of salary structure, incentive schemes, as well as expertise in labor cost control. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that our compensation strategies are competitive, aligned with business objectives, and optimized for cost efficiency. 1.C&B Strategy a.Design and implement compensation structures, benefits programs, and policies that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. b.Conduct salary benchmarking, market research, and analysis to recommend adjustments to compensation programs. c.Maintain and update the company’s salary structure in accordance with industry standards and internal consistency 2.Incentive Schemes & Performance-Based Compensation: a.Develop and formulate short-term and long-term incentive schemes, including monthly incentives, annual bonuses, and other performance-related rewards. b.Assess the effectiveness of incentive programs and provide recommendations for improvements. 3.Labor Cost Control & Analysis a.Manage and analyze labor cost data to ensure efficiency and optimize compensation spending. b.Budget the human resources costs, monitor and produce reports to provide data support for business decisions c.Work closely with finance to track and control labor costs within the company's budget. 4.Data Analysis & Reporting a.Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on C&B data, including salary data, benefits participation, incentive scheme performance, and labor cost metrics. b.Use advanced analytics to evaluate compensation trends and provide actionable insights to management. 5.Continuous Improvement a.Stay current on trends, best practices, and regulations in compensation and benefits management. Predict market changes and formulate corresponding strategies to meet challenges b.Have profound insights into the HR work, and be able to analyze business conditions from both macro and micro perspective.
