任职要求
1、3年及以上互联网商业分析经验,对所在领域的商业和业务逻辑有深刻理解,有预算管理/用户运营经验优先; 2、逻辑思维能力强,具备较强的全局视角和细节把控能力; 3、熟练使用SQL,能取数、分析、撰写高质量分析报告,并提出观点洞察; 4、具备项目推进能力,擅长与业务方沟通; 5、强目标导向,自我驱动能力强,善于总结和提炼。 6、英语环境工作能力。 1、3+ years of experience in business analysis within the internet industry, with a deep understanding of business models and logic in the relevant domain; experience in budget management or user operations is a plus. 2、Strong logical thinking, with both a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail. 3、Proficient in SQL, capable of data extraction, analysis, and delivering high-quality analytical reports with actionable insights. 4、Strong project management skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams. 5、Highly goal-oriented, self-motivated, and skilled in summarizing and synthesizing information. 6、Ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment. 具备以下条件优先 有补贴分配/效率评估/用户策略运营经验优先。
工作职责
1、基于业务目标要求,制定长短期补贴投入规划,统筹业务方补贴策略保障规划落地; 2、搭建用户端增长抓手的效率评估机制,调优资源分配,牵引业务迭代策略; 3、剖析用户交易行为,洞察不同补贴工具/补贴项目对交易增长的驱动作用,调优补贴分配,牵引业务策略迭代; 4、负责各类资源项目的效率评估,关注新工具的潜力,找到高效投入的机会点; 5、参与重要补贴项目的目标制定、实验设计、过程监控、效率及效果评估,推动项目按规划落地。 Job Responsibilities: 1、Based on business goals, develop both short-term and long-term subsidy investment plans, and coordinate with business teams to ensure effective implementation of subsidy strategies. 2、Build an efficiency evaluation mechanism for user-side growth levers, optimize resource allocation, and guide business strategy iteration. 3、Analyze user transaction behaviors to identify how different subsidy tools and programs drive transaction growth, and refine subsidy allocation to support business strategy adjustments. 4、Evaluate the efficiency of various resource projects, explore the potential of new tools, and identify opportunities for high-return investments. 5、Participate in setting goals, designing experiments, monitoring processes, and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of key subsidy projects to ensure smooth execution as planned.
1. 负责销售全流程数据监控、分析工作,洞察业务增长点,并能及时定位和预警业务存在的问题和风险点,提供策略方向和改善建议,建设数据报表,推进业务数据产品的建设,提升销售及运营团队的运行效率; 2. 重点专项分析:根据数据分析得出的相关分析结果,协同内外部资源,推进重点项目销售侧落地并不断复盘迭代拿结果; 3.深入了解销售业务,持续跟进业务动作,建立多维度业务策略诊断体系,发现和定位当前业务存在的问题,为业务决策提供支撑。 1. Responsible for sales of the whole process of data monitoring, analysis, insight into business growth points, and can timely locate and early warning of business problems and risk points, to provide strategic direction and improve the proposal; construction of data reports, to promote the construction of business data products, to enhance the operational efficiency of the sales and operations team. 2. Focus on special analysis: based on analysis results derived from data, collaborate with internal and external resources to promote key projects and drive sales. Continuously review and iterate to improve the results. 3. In-depth understanding of the sales business, continue to follow up on business actions, establish a multi-dimensional business strategy diagnosis system, discover and locate the current business problems, and provide support for business decision-making.

Responsible for end-to-end sales data monitoring and analysis, identifying business growth opportunities, promptly detecting and alerting potential issues/risks, and providing strategic recommendations for improvement. 2.Gain a deep understanding of the business operational strategy and model, and design sales performance evaluation and incentive programs to establish a positively-driven mechanism that aligns closely with performance goals and operational objectives, ensuring the achievement of business targets. 3.Build data dashboards/reports, drive the development of business data products, and enhance the operational efficiency of sales and operations teams.

1.战略洞察与行业研究:主导本地市场的行业及竞争格局分析,结合内部经营数据,洞察业务在体验、成本、增长等维度的关键问题与机会点,为管理层和业务决策提供高质量输入。 2.预算规划与成本管理:构建和优化预算管理体系。通过精细化成本分析,主动挖掘成本结构优化空间,及创新方向的探索与落地。 3.运力供给与定价策略:负责搭建并持续迭代运力策略。从骑手生态、供需平衡、成本效率等维度出发,整体规划运力结构、薪酬体系及定价策略,紧密联动业务发展问题并研讨方案,确保供给稳定、健康、可持续。 4.激励体系与效率评估:规划与设计骑手端的补贴活动体系。建立科学的效率评估模型,确保补贴使用恰当、高效,并能驱动业务目标达成。
