工作职责
1 Global Mobility Program Management: - Design, implement, and manage global assignment policies and procedures, including long-term, short-term, and permanent relocations. - Partner with HR and leadership to align mobility strategies with organizational goals. - Manage vendor relationships with relocation, tax, and immigration service providers. 2 Immigration and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with global immigration laws and work authorization requirements. - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage risks and maintain accurate employee documentation. - Stay updated on global mobility trends, regulatory changes, and best practices. 3 Employee Support: - Provide end-to-end support to employees and their families during relocations, including orientation, housing, and cultural integration. - Address and resolve employee inquiries and challenges related to mobility services. 4 Budget and Cost Management: - Monitor mobility budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising service quality. - Analyze and report on cost trends, proposing recommendations to improve program efficiency. 5 Data Management and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of global assignments and related activities. - Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and mobility metrics for leadership. 6 Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with HR, payroll, tax, and legal teams to ensure seamless mobility processes. - Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and tax implications for globally mobile employee

Mission Tax Specialist ensures a complete end-to-end process of monthly tax filing for project-based inbound delegation to China, as well as annual tax filing for long-term delegation to meet the overall compliance with internal and external rules and legislation. You’ll make an impact by • Drive an end-to-end process of monthly tax return (shadow payroll) for project-based delegation to China, as well as annual tax return for long-term inbound and outbound delegation. • Clarification on local IIT related issues with internal and external parties, e.g. delegate, BU manager, tax service provider etc. • Act as a local interface with Siemens overseas entities, timely provide IIT consultation on local processes, regulations and practice for project-based delegation to China. • Coordination on tax payment with related departments, prepare supporting documents as well as follow the internal cost allocation process in a timely manner. • Monitor external tax provider’s performance according to KPI and aligned processes, to ensure the service quality and efficiency. • Prepare country monthly/annual tax filing documents (e.g. remuneration breakdown) and support consultants in administrative works. • Handle billing invoices from tax service provider and make cost allocation accordingly.
Role 1、Collabration with multiple 3rd party service providers to manage mobility full lifecycle cases. 2、As a main point of contact of employees to provide excelent service including conducting briefing calls, responding internal instant message tool, emails and telephone in a timely manner. 3、Assist in developing communication and materials in relation to Global Mobility matters. 4、Monitor regular reports and ensure billing accuracies. 5、Other job duties as assigned by superior.
