We are seeking a highly capable OD Manager to work directly with the HR Director in driving key HR initiatives and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual who excels in HR COE functions, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and design key HR initiatives and solutions across the organization. Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects. Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans. Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use. Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly. Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.
The Senior Manager, Organization Development (OD) is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the organization. This role focuses on improving organizational performance through change management, leadership development, talent management, and culture building. The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with senior leaders to align OD initiatives with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. 2. Talent Management: - Develop and implement talent management frameworks, including succession planning and career development. - Collaborate with HR and business leaders to attract, retain, and develop top talent. 5. Performance Management: - Enhance performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 6. Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on OD matters.

Location: Remote within Los Angeles, LA Responsibilities: 1. Achieve Sales Targets - Develop and execute sales strategies for eufyMake’s innovative product categories in North America to achieve annual revenue and market expansion goals. - Develop and maintain customer relationships (including key accounts, distributors, and niche channels), and establish long-term partnerships. 2. Customer Management & Market Insights - Analyze market demand and competitive landscape for relevant product categories in North America to provide targeted sales strategies. - Collaborate with the channel operations team to optimize partner networks and improve channel coverage. - Set up local demos/workshops and explore innovative sales models such as makerspaces, offline retail leasing, and distribution partnerships. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to convert marketing activities into sales results - Provide customer feedback to the operations team regarding technical and after-sales needs. 4. Local Execution - Drive the execution of regional promotional campaigns and regularly report sales performance and market trends to headquarters.
THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager entails responsibilities for working with Cloud Customers in China to develop business through product design in and sell-in to achieve AMD's business objectives. Candidate will evangelize AMD EPYC technology and products, create and track design win success, and drive product sell-in. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with sales, engineering, product marketing, finance, legal and executive teams.
