We are seeking a highly capable OD Manager to work directly with the HR Director in driving key HR initiatives and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual who excels in HR COE functions, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities Plan and design key HR initiatives and solutions across the organization. Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates. Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects. Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans. Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use. Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly. Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.
• Carry out annual GAAP revenue target to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions to enterprises and key clients • Proactively gain insights into China Go Overseas markets, and be able to proactively find key decision-making chains and identify customers' actual needs. • Identify customers' decision-making chains, maintain relationships with key decision-making points, and establish long-term operational and technical relationships with customers' CXOs or CXOs-D, to obtain critical support in cooperation. • Build a strong sales pipeline, help enhance customer onboarding, and partner enablement programs • Provide overall pre-sales and post-sales support at the account level to help customers and channel partners with Alibaba Cloud consumption and ensure overall customer satisfaction • Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall product, solution, and operation enhancement
- Contract Management: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, signing, and archiving various business contracts, procurement contracts, and cooperation agreements, ensuring processes are compliant and efficient. - Procurement Process: Responsible for the procurement of supplies and services necessary for daily office operations and business development, including supplier selection, quoting, negotiation, and order execution, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effectiveness. - Financial Support: Responsible for processing daily bills and expense reimbursement procedures, and handling business-related financial contracts and tax documents (in cooperation with the Finance Department). - Business Support: Provide necessary process support and coordination services to business departments to ensure the smooth execution of various business activities. - Translation & Liaison: Responsible for the translation of business documents and contracts, and acting as a customer service liaison for communication and coordination.
