工作职责


We are seeking a highly capable OD Manager to work directly with the HR Director in driving key HR initiatives and organizational transformation. This role is ideal for a high-potential individual who excels in HR COE functions, cross-functional coordination, and strategic execution. 

Key Responsibilities
Plan and design key HR initiatives and solutions across the organization.
Track progress of action items, ensuring responsible stakeholders are aligned and providing regular updates.
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic transformation projects. 
Act as a liaison between the HR and internal teams, with cross functions and different regions, helping to translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
Prepare high-quality summaries, reports, and communications for internal and executive-level use.
Maintain a pulse on project timelines, risks, and resource needs, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly.
Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to drive efficiency and execution.
