As a Strategy & Operations Manager at Didi Global, you will play a pivotal role in customer experience and pricing to ensure sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Your key responsibilities include: Customer Experience Ownership : - Identify and address pain points in the customer journey through data-driven insights and user feedback analysis. - Design initiatives to improve rider/driver satisfaction, retention, and loyalty (e.g., service quality metrics). - Partner with Customer Support and Product teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. Market & Competitive Analysis, especially for pricing: - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to inform strategic adjustments to pricing. - Develop segmentation strategies based on city dynamics, user behavior, and demand patterns. Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Work closely with regional and global teams to improve user experience. - Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, driving data-backed decisions. - Track KPIs such as ride volumes, conversion, service metrics and pricing efficiency.

Research the business segments, geographic distribution, financial strength, and strategic approaches of leading global food delivery companies, forming a clear understanding of the industry and competitive landscape. Based on this analysis, propose effective development and competitive strategies to support management in key decisions such as resource allocation, organizational structure, and major corporate actions. 2. Conduct desk research, field research, and strategy development for expansion into new markets, evaluating the feasibility of strategic growth in new regions. Provide objective assessments of industry dynamics, competition, and operational challenges in specific countries to assist management in decision-making. 3. Analyze the restaurant and food delivery industries, identify industry trends, and monitor emerging opportunities in related sectors such as quick commerce and restaurant SaaS. Explore and evaluate the feasibility of new strategic directions to support management in decision-making and business implementation.

The Marketplace Strategy (MPS) team functions as a centralized strategic hub, working in close partnership with regional operations worldwide to deliver data-driven solutions that accelerate business growth, strengthen user engagement and retention, and enhance marketplace effi ciency. Our responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior and supply-demand dynamics to identify systemic areas for optimization. As the Strategy Operation Analyst for the Marketplace Strategy team, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful governance, delivery, and evaluation of high-impact projects. You will be responsible for establishing structured project frameworks, enabling smooth cross-functional collaboration, and safeguarding execution quality. Your mission is to ensure that marketplace initiatives—from agile pilots to large-scale rollouts—are planned and executed with operational excellence, while continuously optimized through rigorous tracking and evaluation.
