Grocery Catalog management senior analyst 国际化外卖商品管理和运营 工作地点北京 岗位职责: 1.在海外外卖业务中,负责构建并持续优化商品品类结构,提升用户在端内的购物效率; 2负责建立、管理和维护全套的商品目录,确保其准确性和完整性,为用户提供丰富的商品供给; 3. 深度参与商品管理相关的产品相关项目,不断推动商品库的管理与优化,开展行业研究并提供本地化洞察; 4. 与商务、运营及市场团队紧密合作,关注商品目录更新的季节性和及时性,持续提升商品目录的加购转化效率; 5. 有市场和竞品分析或商品运营的产品需求收集和分析经验,关注细节和商品运营全流程的管理和效率提升,提高业绩,助力达成业务既定目标。
The Senior Category Manager is responsible to develop the overall strategy for a product category and research new product opportunities within the category to drive sale and achieve set targets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND TASKS: - Analyze data to determine industry and consumer trends. - Identify and establish long-term partnerships with direct distributors and salers. - Stay on the lookout for new suppliers based on strategy. - Assist in setting the yearly budget/sale target and profit per category. - Administer the price setting and respect the margin per category. - Monitor and enhance category/product performance. - Establish long-term development strategies for product categories. - Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products. - Create trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services. - Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility. Monitor price and competition. - Collaborate with buyers and merchandisers to expand product categories. 1.Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Independently create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness of Keeta grocery service. 2. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. 3. Marcom Campaign Management: Manage and operate official media accounts,plan and execute marketing communications (marcom) campaigns to engage residents and visitors effectively. 4.Collaboration: Maintain frequent communication with user growth team and digital marketing team to align on strategies, share insights and gain win-win. 5.Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with local government, chambers of commerce, and community organizations. 6.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
