任职要求
本科及以上，具备零售/电商/本地生活服务行业3年以上品类管理经验，有海外市场或海湾地区经验者优先
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in category management in retail/e-commerce/local life services industry; prior experience in overseas markets or the Gulf region is preferred

具备从0到1搭建品类体系的能力，熟悉品类树构建、商品选品逻辑、定价策略与补贴ROI分析
Able to build category systems from scratch, familiar with category tree construction, product selection logic, pricing strategies and Allowance ROI analysis

具备扎实的商业分析与数据建模能力，熟练使用数据分析工具，能从数据中发现业务机会并转化为策略
Possessing solid business analysis and data modeling capabilities, proficient in using data analysis tools , able to discover business opportunities from data and convert them into strategies

具备较强的英语语言能力，可作为日常工作用语，能独立与内外部团队进行英文沟通与汇报
