工作职责


The Global Mobility Manager is responsible for the end-to-end design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global mobility programs, ensuring compliant, cost-effective, and employee-centric mobility services across regions. This role acts as the strategic owner of global mobility operations, vendor management, policy execution, and stakeholder engagement.
	
•	Own end-to-end global mobility service delivery across international assignments and cross-border transfers
•	Define and govern global mobility policies, operating model, SLAs, and service standards
•	Oversee immigration, relocation, payroll, tax, and benefits coordination to ensure compliant execution
•	Lead global and local mobility vendor management, performance governance, and cost optimization
•	Ensure compliance with immigration, labor, tax, and corporate governance requirements
•	Act as global mobility SME and escalation point for HRBPs and business leaders
•	Drive process standardization, documentation, and system enablement across regions
