2. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Consulting.
3. Experience building field sales systems in O2O, food delivery, or local life services; a background in Sales Operations / Sales Strategy systems is a direct fit.
4. Strong data sensitivity, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
5. Solid understanding of commercial funnels, territory management, opportunity pipeline management, and KPI frameworks; experience building AI-enabled workflows, automation, or analytical tools is a plus.
