Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or above • 2+ years of administrative, operations or executive support experience • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English • Foundational data analysis expertise with a keen eye for numerical accuracy • Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment • Ability to effectively solve problems and make appropriate decisions • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships

• Calendar management, scheduling and organizing meetings and events • Travel coordination – including airlines, hotels and ground transportation • Visitor assistance • Data analysis and graphs creation with Excel, preparing monthly and quarterly reports • Assisting with creating and formatting Power Point presentations • Preparing, checking, submitting expense statements, and managing purchases • Working with team to plan local and worldwide meetings and employee celebrations • Maintaining organization’s SharePoint sites • Building and maintaining organizational charts for the worldwide organization • Coordinating with other corporate functions, inventors and external agencies or service provide
Change the world. Love your job. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative support specifically to executive officers who are members of the Management Committee. They will require in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. They will also handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature (such as undisclosed financials, compensation decisions, and mergers& acquisitions). The responsibilities will include collection and preparation of information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals. In addition, the assistant will prepare presentation materials for board of director or investor meetings. The assistant makes high level contacts of a sensitive nature inside and outside the company. They will also coordinate details of board meetings, conferences, conventions, customer or investor meetings.
1.业务机制管理协助: 协助建立、优化科服业务标准,明确业务管理机制、流程及规范,组织业务培训,跟进落地应用; 协助建立、优化科服供应商绩效管理规则,明确供应商服务标准,组织考核评估,跟进绩效应用; 负责第三方审核管理(食安、餐具检测等)及员工公示,识别并预警业务运营风险,跟进风险控制闭环; 2.业务采购支持: 协助进行负责科服业务集团化采购项目的需求内容,保证按时交付,复核合同履约情况; 3.便利店业务运营: 监督、稽核便利店合同履约情况,促进供应商分析解决服务问题,达成客户服务指标; 监督、稽核便利店日常安全管理,监工风险作业,预防安全违规事件; 4.对账管理: 收集员工因公差旅票据信息,确保票据合规性与数据准确性; 独立完成差旅费用、便利店对账结算,定期输出费用分析报告,提出成本控制建议; 5.差旅业务协助: 日常差旅问题对接解答及问题处理、其他项差旅业务协助等。
We are seeking a highly driven Assistant to join our Ant Group Admin team. The individual will be based in Hangzhou. Key Responsibilities: • Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the executive/Partner of Ant Group. • Assume full ownership and maintenance of executive calendar - scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting place and relevant attendees and using good judgment and tact in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning as needed • Proactively manage communication (Dingtalk messages, emails, phone calls, necessary follow-up); respond to inquiries from the corporate office, global sites, and internal/external stakeholders over multiple time zones • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items inside and outside the team • Provide innovative, creative and time-tested methods and procedures for fostering continuing improvement to practices or processes within the team • Work with different parities to hold corporate and department level events • Prepare and coordinate complex and multi-stop travels, including accommodations, transportation, passport/visa requirements etc. • Provide other general administrative support, including budget management, purchasing, document filing, supplier management etc. • Uphold the strictest confidentiality on information gleamed as part of responsibilities. Handle highly confidential information and documents with discretion and confidentiality
1. The candidate will be responsible for administration policies, procedures and management, including but not limited to: daily operation, fixed assets, vehicles, contract and invoice process, treasure insurance, ticket/hotel/accommodation, team building, employee recognition and so on; 2. Facilitate the improvement office operation efficiency through local, region and HQ; 3. Manage office budget to ensure all cost reasonably spent; 4. Assistant to senior leaders and manages business schedule, expenses, communications with local depts and HQ; 5. Other administration duties as assigned by line manager.
