1.Provide clients with standardized and customized administrative services, continuously improving service satisfaction. 2.Responsible for office space planning, site selection and inspection for leasing, office renovation, handover and takeover, as well as restoration and lease termination processes. 3.Manage office environment, handle emergency incidents, ensure safety management, and oversee the daily management and performance evaluation of third-party service providers. 4.Manage office-related expenses, procurement of fixed assets and office supplies, control costs effectively, and improve efficiency. 5.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and foster a positive office atmosphere. 6.Coordinate and support communications and reception for visits from local government agencies and external organizations in cooperation with relevant departments. 7.Collaborate with functional departments to support the implementation of various company initiatives.
1.负责制定和执行境外办公室行政支持策略,为客户提供标准化和定制化行政服务方案,不断提升服务满意度; 2.负责搭建境外办公室全生命周期流程制度体系和质量运营标准,并实施落地跟踪,包括但不限于办公室交付、5S管理、办公安全、突发事件应急处置; 3.负责对境外办公室行政费用、工位空间等数据进行整合分析,监控异常数据并推动解决,实现行政成本的合理管控、降本增效; 4.针对客户需求提供相应供应商解决方案,并制定对第三方供应商的管理要求和考核评估方案; 5.负责统筹境外办公室行政的各项培训工作,赋能提升境外行政员工的整体能力; 6.负责协助进行员工入离职和办公室内氛围营造工作; 7.协同职能部门支持公司各项工作在境外的落地。 Responsibilities 1.Develop and execute administrative support strategies for overseas offices, delivering standardized and customized service solutions to enhance client satisfaction. 2.Establish full lifecycle process systems and quality operational standards for overseas offices, including but not limited to: 0ffice delivery and setup,5S management,Workplace safety,Emergency response protocols.Ensure implementation and continuous monitoring of these standards. 3.Consolidate and analyze data on administrative costs, workspace utilization, etc. Monitor anomalies, drive resolutions, and achieve cost-effective management through optimization and efficiency improvements. 4.Design vendor solutions tailored to client needs, and develop management requirements and performance evaluation frameworks for third-party suppliers. 5.Oversee training programs for overseas administrative staff to enhance competencies and drive team empowerment. 6.Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding procedures and foster a positive workplace atmosphere. 7.Coordinate with functional departments to support the implementation of the company's overseas operations.

Responsible for the development and management of the overseas administrative team, ensuring the team's work is efficient and orderly. 2. Establish and improve the company's overseas administrative management system and process standards to ensure the smooth progress of all work. 3. Plan, build, and manage the overseas administrative operations platform to guarantee compliance and operational efficiency. 4. Responsible for overseas office space planning, site selection and leasing, engineering construction, service operation (office material procurement, facility management, catering, vehicles, accommodation, asset management), and safety management, and responsible for delivering results. 5. Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to support other administrative-related tasks.
主要职责包括但不限于: 1. 数据收集与报表整合 负责定期收集、整理和分析各类行政相关数据,包括空间管理、ENPS 问卷、B2P 采购流程等,确保数据的准确性与可追溯性。 负责定期输出半年度/年度空间报告,并提供数据支持以优化空间利用率。 负责制作月度 newsletter,确保信息传递清晰高效。 2. 资产管理 负责资产入库、盘点等流程,确保资产管理的准确性与合规性。 监督资产采购与分配流程(资产责任人),优化资产管理效率。 3. 空间系统管理 配合 COE 负责人完成空间系统的相关讲解与操作,确保各区域行政团队理解并正确使用系统。 负责半年度/年度空间管理报告的整理与分析,提供优化建议。 维护与供应商之间的关系,定期更新系统上的office layout。 4. 差旅支持 协助 COE 负责人完成差旅一页纸的季度更新,并通过投放差旅满意度调研问卷来优化差旅体验。 监督admin各区域差旅支出。 5. ENPS 问卷 负责 ENPS 调研问卷的发送、数据收集及基础分析,为 COE 及local team提供决策支持。 结合反馈数据,协助local team优化职场体验活动,提高员工满意度。 6. SOP 文档撰写 配合 COE 负责人制定、更新各类行政相关 SOP,确保流程标准化,提高执行效率。 负责 SOP 资料的归档和维护,确保所有文档及时更新并符合业务需求。 7. B2P 采购流程监控 监督各区域 PO 下单、收货、付款的时效性,确保采购流程顺畅且符合财务要求。 协调合同管理,确保相关采购合同的合规性与执行情况。 8. 内部活动支持 负责支持团队述职、半年度绩效评估会等活动的组织和实施,确保流程顺畅。 协助组织月度 Newsletter,确保团队内部信息高效传递。 参与公司内外部活动的行政组织,提升团队的协作和运营效率。
