As an Operations Analyst, your role may be in one or more of these areas: • Inventory Operations: Set the operating plan to get the right products to our customers on time; focus on new products ramps and improving cycle times on existing products; work in tandem with manufacturing planning to execute the start plan. • Manufacturing Operations: Ensure start plan execution at factories; analyze factory optimization and monitor product support at key manufacturing sites;. • Customer Operations: Increase customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chain and implementing optimal supply chain solutions for each site/program/device. Learn customer's end business markets and utilize this knowledge to assist business forecasting and anticipating disruptions. • Logistics: Improving inbound/outbound transportation flows, along with optimizing the network of finished goods between factories and TI product distribution centers, and managing delivery of TI products directly to customers. 1. User Growth & Channel Management: Develop and execute global user acquisition strategies through various channels including social media, community, content marketing, partnerships, and online/offline events; 2. Customer Service System Development & Optimization:System Building: Design and establish the company's customer service framework, including but not limited to implementing a ticketing system, knowledge base, community support channels, and SOPs.Team Enablement: Assist in recruiting, training, and enabling a team of support specialists to provide professional, efficient, and multilingual 24/7 customer support.Experience Monitoring: Implement user satisfaction tracking mechanisms (e.g., NPS/CSAT) to continuously monitor and improve support quality and user satisfaction.Feedback Loop: Systematically collect, analyze, and categorize user feedback and common issues. Collaborate closely with product and tech teams to drive product optimization and iteration, creating a positive ""user feedback -> product improvement -> user experience"" cycle; 3. Product Operations & User Retention: Plan and implement operational plans for new feature launches and marketing campaigns (e.g., airdrops, trading competitions). Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve user activity and retention rates; 4. 1、负责海外地区本地雇员及中国外派员工的人力运营工作,包括员工入职、离职、转正、调岗等流程管理,确保流程的高效执行; 2、参与人力运营方案、工作流程、服务标准等体系的制定,确保各项工作的合法合规、流程高效、员工体验良好,持续优化现有流程,提高运营效率; 3、收集并整理人力运营数据,分析运营效果,为管理层提供决策支持。通过数据分析,发现潜在问题,提出改进建议。 4、与海外各部门、中国总部以及外部合作伙伴保持密切沟通,确保人力运营工作的顺利推进。协调资源,解决跨部门合作中的问题和挑战。 OPS团队定位: 专注于海外地区人力运营,负责本地雇员及中国外派员工的高效流程管理、员工体验优化及合法合规执行。搭建人力运营方案、流程与服务标准,主导海外人力项目,为人力资源管理提供坚实支持。 Job Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas regions and Chinese expatriate staff, including managing processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, probation 2.completion, and job transfers, to ensure efficient execution of these procedures. 3.Participate in the formulation of human resources operation plans, workflows, service standards, and other systems to ensure the legality, compliance, efficiency of processes, and positive employee experiences. Continuously optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency. 4.Collect and organize human resources operation data, analyze operational effectiveness, and provide decision support to management. Through data analysis, identify potential issues and propose improvement suggestions. 5.Maintain close communication with overseas departments, the Chinese headquarters, and external partners to ensure the smooth advancement of human resources operation work. Coordinate resources and resolve issues and challenges in cross-departmental collaboration.
