Qualifications: • At least 3 years’ experience in industry verification tools, hardware/software design/testbench development. • Expertise in RTL synthesis, C/C++ and processes (simulation and timing-based aspects of hardware: race conditions, synchronization) and pre-silicon and post-silicon verification methodologies, and lab equipment (scopes, logic analyzers) are required. • Proficiency in Verilog, System Verilog and software verification language is required. Simulator experience in Questa/Modelsim, VCS or NCVerilog is must. • Strong trouble shooting skills, ability to break a complex problem into its simple components is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills and program management skills are needed. UNIX/Linux OS experience is required. • Minimum: Bachelor of Engineering in EE or CS. * Perform design and equipment submittal review for new Data Centers in your region. * Troubleshoot, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and create Corrective Action (CA) documentation for site/equipment failures. * Directly support operational issues with ad-hoc training, complex operating procedure reviews, including essential equipment, and event support. * Provide technical support to the design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions, which add capacity, improve availability, and increase efficiency. * Supporting operating partners to lead, Review, and approve designs for existing data center upgrades which improve availability/efficiency. * Interface with operating partners, data center design engineering team, server hardware team, environmental health and safety team to promote standards that maintain consistency and reliability in services delivered by operating partners. * Work on concurrent projects, sometimes in multiple geographical regions. * Initiate and lead engineering site audits within leased or colo data centers. Produce reports outlining risks with recommended mitigations and remediation's. * Act as resident engineer during new construction projects. Support construction, commissioning, and turnover. As the IT System Product Manager and Business Partner in Tesla, you need to take the full responsibility of product design and implementation which includes the business department engagement, IT system design, development management and the global IT team coordinating. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation on production planning, shift management, production order execution, routing management, quality control as well as the product cost calculation. Excellent interpersonal communication skills is a mandatory. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with many stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. Responsibilities • Business partner to understand business pain points and gather their cross functional IT requirements in the TPM area. • Design digital product solutions for the pain points and requirements. • Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems . • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work together with manufacture and supplier chain product manager with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders. • Cross-functionally communicate at company management level key developments and updates on new projects.
• Lead hands-on design and development efforts primarily using Python, building robust, scalable, and customer-focused AI/ML solutions. • Engage directly with key enterprise customers to strategize, architect and implement AI driven, Agentic AI solutions leveraging Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML. • Translate complex requirements into practical, well-architected technical solutions. • Develop end-to-end, rapid prototypes, involving data ingestion, validation, processing, and model deployment using Azure platform components. • Build, customize, and optimize AI models and related components for customer-specific use cases. • Integrate AI solutions with full-stack architectures, preferably leveraging experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React) and/or .NET ecosystems. • Establish and maintain robust CI/CD and ML Ops pipelines, leveraging Azure DevOps, Github for automated deployments. • Proactively explore diverse datasets to engineer novel features and signals that significantly enhance ML performance. • Participate actively in every phase of the model lifecycle from conceptualization, training, fine tuning, validation, and deployment, to continuous monitoring and improvement.
The Role The person will work as member of Hardware Test Engineering team in GFSH, you will apply software skills to integrate hardware and software by working cross-functionally with internal and external teams. You will have the opportunity to work on various parts of the system and wear multiple hats, from designing system architecture to test automation and debugging/commissioning systems, you will also be part of global test system engineering team to accelerate those applications in Tesla local RD labs. Responsibilities Research, develop, create, and execute feature requests or effective solutions end-to-end (hardware/software). Identify, escalate and resolve issues with hardware and software/firmware during system bring-up, performance and safety tests. Develop and validate Python code and embedded firmware in C, C++. Lead software/system integration efforts for all test platforms. Lead development/integration effort for our in-house and off -the shelf bi-directional power supplies. Serve as a technical consultant for feature requests from cross-functional teams, adopt in-field requirements or specification to test system localization. Contribute to our internal software tool repositories. Collaborate with technician and/or 3rd party lab resources.
