我如何才能胜任? • Be passionate about consulting and solving client’s problems in such domains as product management, R&D, modularization, requirement engineering, etc. • Familiar with basic consulting skills as a structure thinking, visualization, questioning and interview, presentation and workshop moderations, etc. • 5+ years of work experience in R&D as Product Manager, R&D Project Manager, R&D Engineer, Product Customization, and/or Production Engineering. • Familiar with CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and/or IPD (Integrated Product Development) and/or NPD (New Product Development). • 3+ years of working experiences in a consulting firm as a IPD, CMMI, NPD or R&D consultant. • Working experiences or consulting experiences in modularization (or reuse design, product line engineering, requirement engineering etc.) is preferred. • PLM software (e.g. TeamCenter, Winchill, CATIA) background and consulting experiences is preferred. • Result oriented with structured analytical skills, with the ability to translate analysis into solutions. • Evidence of a distinctive career achievement and/or academic record. What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么? Job Description: • Help clients define and improve the Product Management and/or R&D processes in discrete industry, incl. product portfolio management, product requirement definition, product development, product commercialization and phase out. • Help clients analyze their product portfolio and product strategies, including market segmentation, competitors, product sales and profits, and make recommendations in closing the product portfolio gaps, as well as R&D process gaps. • Understand clients’ pain points and expectations in Product Management and/or R&D processes, practices and IT systems, analyze root causes and provide professional and practical recommendations and solutions to improve client’s QCD (quality, cost, delivery) KPIs. • Guide through or coach customers to understand, accept and implement the recommendations and solutions provided above, realizing the customer impacts in terms of QCD KPIs. • Facilitate internal and external workshops with customers, with a structure and guided group discussion on strategy, solutions, interviews, etc. • Be responsible for leading clients through these operational improvements and scale up business transformations as a thought leader, people leader and organization leader • Proactively manage changes with professional methods and handling complex analyses and resolve customer issue. • Work hand in hand together with clients on each engagement, facilitating working sessions with client management/project teams, motivating and coaching the client team during transformations.

Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces. You will recruit sellers with specific criteria and analyze sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in the marketplaces.
