Mission This position is primarily responsible for risk assessment of employees' international business travel and maintenance of related data and systems. Through professional analysis and system management, it ensures the full compliance of employees' international travel processes and guarantees the smooth progress of travel activities. You’ll make an impact by • Risk Assessment: Based on travel application information submitted by employees (including destination, duration, itinerary, etc.), conduct comprehensive risk assessment from dimensions such as visa type matching, individual income tax payment compliance, social security connection standardization, and travel safety at the destination, identify potential issues and propose solutions to ensure travel activities comply with relevant domestic and foreign regulations and company systems. • Data and System Maintenance: Responsible for accurately uploading and real-time updating data such as travelers' personal information, travel details, and risk assessment results in the company's internal management system; regularly verify data integrity and accuracy to ensure the timeliness and availability of system information. • Collaboration and Support: Maintain communication with visa team or check official websites, tax team, social security websites, and internal/external business unit of the company; assist in resolving emergencies caused by risk assessment issues during travel and provide professional advice. • Support data maintenance on internal IT tool (IHRIS) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data and documentation. • The specialist enables the Business Travel team to focus on their core tasks by acting as administrative assistant. • Prepare, maintain, and provide information or documents as needed by other parties.

Mission Tax Specialist ensures a complete end-to-end process of monthly tax filing for project-based inbound delegation to China, as well as annual tax filing for long-term delegation to meet the overall compliance with internal and external rules and legislation. You’ll make an impact by • Drive an end-to-end process of monthly tax return (shadow payroll) for project-based delegation to China, as well as annual tax return for long-term inbound and outbound delegation. • Clarification on local IIT related issues with internal and external parties, e.g. delegate, BU manager, tax service provider etc. • Act as a local interface with Siemens overseas entities, timely provide IIT consultation on local processes, regulations and practice for project-based delegation to China. • Coordination on tax payment with related departments, prepare supporting documents as well as follow the internal cost allocation process in a timely manner. • Monitor external tax provider’s performance according to KPI and aligned processes, to ensure the service quality and efficiency. • Prepare country monthly/annual tax filing documents (e.g. remuneration breakdown) and support consultants in administrative works. • Handle billing invoices from tax service provider and make cost allocation accordingly.

For our System BA team, we are looking for a Commercial Officer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. You’ll make an impact by • Make bidding documents - bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations and integrated bid documents. • Make Offers - ensure the offers in the provision of conditions of sale and checking of calculations. Ensure the completeness of the offer. Ensure company procedures, compliance rules and other legal requirements are fulfilled. • Business Negotiation - Proficient in business negotiation skills, flexible to deal with various negotiation situations, able to withstand pressure to ensure the realization of the company's goals. • Sign the Contract - Prepare Order confirmations and Order processing documentation, checking contractual conditions, and schedules. Sign the contract with customer. • Order Handover - summarize contract elements and approval reports, handover to project commercial controllers, support creation of SAP production orders. • Fulfill the Contract - fulfill contractual requirements in form of provision of guarantees, after sales service. • Data Statistics - Collects information on orders and quoted contracts in the area of responsibility, as well as a summary of contract fulfillment. • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.
