销售支持与执行
• 管理客户分配并提供销售点（POS）透明度
• 支持配额和激励计划（SIP、SPIF）的实施，跟踪执行情况和有效性
• 确保战略举措运行的一致性，并促进各销售大区的推广
卓越运营与流程改进
• 通过分析趋势和收集销售组织反馈，识别低效环节
