- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in product certification, quality assurance, or technical documentation support within manufacturing, electrical equipment or a related industry. Fresh graduates with outstanding profiles are also welcome to apply. - Familiarity with CCC, CB scheme, CE marking, UKCA marking, or other international certification schemes (e.g., UL) is a strong plus. - Strong attention to detail with excellent document processing and archival management skills. - Good written/speaking communication skills in English, with the ability to handle English technical documents proficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word). - Excellent teamwork and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009ICQ工作职责
Key Responsibilities: - Certification Database Management: Maintain and manage product certification databases to ensure data accuracy; Upload and maintain critical certification documents including certificates, EU/UK Declarations of Conformity (DoC), test reports, and technical files in a timely manner. - Declaration of Conformity Preparation: Professionally draft, generate, and manage EU and UK Declarations of Conformity (DoC) using internal system. - Certification Application Documentation Preparation: Assist in preparing and submitting complete technical documentation to certification bodies (e.g., CQC, UL), including application forms, Technical Files, and all other required supporting materials. - Certification Purchase Order (PO) Management: Handle the creation, tracking, and management of Purchase Orders (POs) related to third-party certification testing labs and agencies. - Certification Test Schedule Tracking: Closely coordinate with internal project teams and external test laboratories to proactively track and update the testing schedules for all certification projects, ensuring timely completion.
As an E.IT TES specialist, the responsibility is to provide IT technical support to high level management team & Top Executives in multiple offices in Shanghai. Responsibilities: Serve as the TES engineer to resolve customer’s issues and requests per Schneider Electric IT process: · Responsible for the availability and technical support of various IT systems and equipment on the desktop side, such as PC, printers and other front-end equipment, Windows operating system, Office, and other daily maintenance support. · Configure new PCs, printers and IP Telephony, mobile communication devices and audio/video facilities. · Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software, e-mail, network and peripheral equipment problems; making corrections where required. · Identify or address the root causes for related technical Incidents and summarize Lesson & Learn for future improvement. · Work with Schneider Electric related manager to review and identify areas for improvement. Other Activities and Responsibilities in daily operation: · Work with other peer in other site or region to ensure necessary support documents are ready, tested, and usable from the TES tasks. · Onsite team lead of China ShangHai sites, engaging regional L1 (onsite team) to archive KPI and associated its support expectations · Support Internal & External Event & Meeting & virtual meeting · Service Introduction Request Handling
You will provide HR Service Centre advisory and support to Ant Group in Singapore. - Render HR advisory support, lead transformation projects and provide substantial value of efficiency and effectiveness to service deliveries - Oversee the quality of service and deliver HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment visa, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard within service level agreements (SLAs) - Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with an alternative / solution and initiate process improvement / enhancement projects simultaneously - Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis - Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members - Administering and analyze local benefits, leave of absence (LOA), workers’ compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to team management and ensures that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse - Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders - Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements - Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operations
