These soft skills are important in addition to the required expertise in one or multiple electrical fields: • ED (electrical distribution) equipment behavior modelling, • Protection algorithms, • Microgrids, Advanced Distribution management System, • Smart grid, Distribution Network Planning, • Power System Optimization, Transient analysis, • Switching overvoltage’s, Insulation Coordination, Transient Recovery Voltage. Any application knowledge is an added value and an experience in conversion could be appreciated. Direct current knowledge is required due to integration of PV and batteries in DERs. The candidate should master one or two tools of simulation and would be willing to implement in Mathworks environment the studies regarding different architectures. Using these models, he or she will enable the stakeholders to target the optimized architecture according to fixed KPIs. The candidate should help to maintain and evolve the library of power systems models within the team and will lead the work on his / her scope. The candidate will interact with multiple teams in different Business units and expertise teams with high level of expertise and knowledge in power systems and electrical distribution design. He or she will lead and drive the innovation and technical work package within the organization regarding the new energy landscape and new challenges in electrical distribution from protection to control, safety and standards. What will you do? You will work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. You drive and manage the studies and investigations within the streams and projects with a global mandate.

核心职责 As senior Design engineer in YMTC Shanghai Design Team, you will be responsible to design the analog/Mixed signal circuitry with the state of art 3D NAND Flash Memory technology. You will work with different function groups not only inside design department but also product engineering, process integration, marketing to deliver the memory products. Responsibilities: 1. In charge of multi-voltage domain power supply system for NAND VLSI SOC 2. Responsible for high voltage system design for 3D NAND Memory, including positive and negative pump design 3. Power Supply for high speed IO include LDO and DC-DC converter 4. Power Grid for state of art 3D NAND VLSI design 5. Reference system design for 3D NAND VLSI including bandgap, Power loss detector and power loss management 6. Guide Layout Engineer for floorplan and layout performance improvement/ die size optimization 7. Conducts evaluation of design results by laboratory measurement of ICs 8. Reliability analysis and design solution for 3D NAND reliability issue 9. SPEC definition of the analog circuitry to meet the product requirement 10. Design for testing circuitry 11. Support product engineer for silicon test and debug
• Drive board/system level signal and power integrity requirements • Lead board/system SI/PI design activities, including PCB stackup/material selection, design guide implementation, layout review, and post-layout analysis • Work closely with Architecture, ASIC, Mixed Signal, Package, and PCB Design teams to design and ensure system SI/PI performance meets expectation before Gerber out, also work closely with Design Validation teams to support SI/PI failure analysis • Develop novel algorithms & new methodologies to improve SI/PI modeling efforts • Work with Application Engineering teams to support customers w/ SI/PI questions • VNA & TDR measurements to support model correlation efforts and improve confidence in design stage
